I was not impressed at all. I don’t think my floors were clean after using.

great product does exactly as I needed it to

It is fantastic. I am very pleased, it reduces the cleaning time greatly. I am actually looking forward to cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mop, it's easy to use and takes the heavy labor out of mopping.

Steam stays on the floor, penetrates dirt and 2 rotating pads scrub. Kinda self propelled. Shared it with my Daughter, she tried it and wants one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where have you been all my life? The best mop I've ever used and so easy to take care of.

Love this! Does exactly what I need it to do, spins and steams. I wish it came with another set of pads!

Purchased online. Delivery date, no steam mop. I kept looking for a delivery date, none...Now they cancelled my order. I think I dodged a bullet. All in all I think Sam's SUCKS.
