It is extremely easy to use and allows me to sanitize my floors without the use of harsh chemicals. My previous steam mop was so bulky and heavy. I really appreciate the slim design of this mop. The only negative thing is it does not hold a large amount of water. If you have a lot of hard floors like I do, that is a lot of refills! The spinning action definitely scrubs the floors more than traditional steam mops. My floors have never been this clean this easily! I highly recommend this product!

I love this floor cleaner. It is so easy to use, it cleans exceptionally well. It has a light on it to show you where you are cleaning, it's more helpful than you'd imagine. It cleans REALLY well. Obviously you need to start off with vacuum or broom clean but then this machine cleans and sanitizes beautifully! We have an animal rescue and farm sanctuary. Our home is full of cats, dogs, rabbits and sometimes even a pig or goat is in the house. This product just works well. It's so easy to use, requires only water to clean and steam. It comes with two set of spinning pads so that you can still use the machine while one set is washing. Even that is easy, you just pop them off and put on the wash. Really, I was incredibly lucky to be able to test this for free but I would absolutely purchase this product, knowing how much I love it. It's fun to use, easy to use and does the job amazingly. Game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like I've used every type of mop out there for my hardwood floors and this one is the first one I feel got them actually clean with very little effort on my part. I did receive it complimentary in exchange for my honest review. Right out of the box it was easy to assemble. On filling and starting the mop I found it moved across the floor seamlessly and could easily be used by almost anyone. I could control it with a finger. When my husband got home he exclaimed that the floors had never been so clean in all of the time we've lived here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product on my luxury vinyl tile and pergo flooring. It worked well. I like the two spinning pads. It is way to use and almost guides you along. I work for a school district and our custodial staff use a much larger version - it's nice to see there's one for home use now. You need to go over dried/stuck-on stains a few times, but it does remove the stains completely. The manufacturer says to use distilled water, which may be a hassle for some (not always available for purchase in all stores). I didn't have any on hand, so, I used filtered (bottled) water, which seemed to work fine. I feel like it cleans well and seeing the water temperature on the display while in steam mode lets me know it's getting hot enough to kill germs. The floors looked very clean afterwards and my husband noted that it smelled cleaner in the house, even though no chemicals were used. I feel better not using chemicals, for the safety of my animals. Would definitely recommend this spin mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Bissell scrubbing floor sanitizer. It is so easy to use, compact for easy storing but best of all it works amazing! I love that it gives a temperature reading of how hot its getting and you can see the steam increasing. I didn't need to go over and over multiple times and the floors look and feel clean. I like that there was no harsh chemicals needed and i can use the same device on all my floors. Even the typical hard to clean spots were easily cleaned by just holding the spinning mop in place for a few extra seconds. The cord is long enough to go a good distance without having to unplug. The water compartment is good sized to do a large area. Overall, I really like the spinning and sanitizing mop and highly recommend this product!

It heated up quickly and easily used with the two different settings. I did mostly use the sanitizer mode because we currently have a crawling baby and every time this is used. Floors are spotless

I start off with a sweep floor then this machine cleans and sanitizes beautifully! This product just works well. It's so easy to use, requires only water to clean and steam. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I think that this is one of the best inventions ever! I never thought that using steam while mopping would work so much better at cleaning your floors. Using the steam function on this mop is super easy to do. Just press the steam button, select the type of floor you have. Wait about 15-20 seconds for the mop to heat up and your ready to mop. It will produce the steam while scrubbing the floor. Any stuck on mess or dirt easily comes up from the floor. My floors have never been this clean! Another thing I love about this is that it has a pretty long cord. It's long enough that you should be able to mop the whole floor without having to plug it into a new location cause the cord won't reach. I am very happy with my new Bissell and I am looking forward to using this a lot more so I will have nice clean floors!

Until today. Steam and sanitize- yes please! Straight out of the box I was worried it was going to be clunky and hard to maneuver. Man was I wrong. She floated like a cloud over my floors! Stains and dirts spots lifted up effortlessly saving me and my back over an hours work. A task that I used to dread and put off will now happily become part of my weekly routine to keep my house clean, and my family safe.
