So disappointed with this product - Purchased 3 and returned all. Wasn't even able to take pieces from all 3 purchased to make one complete deck box! Front piece of all were warped. the pre-drilled holes for the screws that hold the piston was split on one of the boxes. Grateful for Sams Club return policy to be able to be refunded the purchase price. Unfortunately the time spent to assemble, inspect, repack and drive back to Sams Club will never be gained back.

The product seems to be okay, but I didn't put it together because it was damaged. Now I have to return it. I tried to contact the company but their phone message is that you will be on hold indefinitely but if you go online you can upload pictures which you will have to do even if they talk to you. Other reviews say it takes weeks to get parts and some said they never came. So I'm done.

Yes, this box is large and seems sturdy but I'm so disappointed the lid isn't soft close. I purchased this for my grands outdoor toys. I'm concerned their hands could be injured when the lid closes quickly. The Lifetime deck box I have does have soft close hinges but I needed something larger. Should have done more research.

Great outdoor box but the instructions are not clear. You have to pay close attention & review them as you work. When it’s together it looks great though. It is also sturdy sides but would not be good if you have to move it often since it’s heavy but bottom is a bit thin.

Bought the same thing I bought last summer. From my order history. The quality of the two that was sent this year is nothing like the ones before. Thiner, no metal frame inside. Don’t even look the same. I ordered Brown these are gray. Color is not the problem just the quality.

Seems sturdy and was easy enough to put together. Have only had it 2 weeks and there hasn't been any rain, so not able to tell if it is waterproof. Structurally I am pleased. This is the smaller of the two offered at the time and this one is quite large. We are fitting 6 sofa cushions and 4 chairs cushions in and it is full.
