This container is sturdy and holds a lot of our pool stuff. You can easily sit on it as it holds a significant amount on top. The inside only holds 165 pounds, which could be a little more with a different design, but it serves the purpose I purchased it for. This is an excellent and affordable option.

I ordered two of these deck boxes because I had bought one last year and REALLY LIKED IT!!! It could not be delivered so we had to pick it up from the Sam’s in North Charleston. We took one to our cabin in Tennessee and when we opened the shipping crate to assemble it the color was a bluish grey not brown!!! My husband did not know until I went out to see it assembled that it was supposed to be brown! It is the only one up there so it did not really matter. The other one is for our home on Johns Island and needs to be brown like our original one! Can that happen? I will be willing to purchase another deck box if you can promise me it will be brown and the sale price!!!!

The storage benches are a nice size but one of the two was damaged. However, It was an inconvenience to return it because it did not become noticeable until the assembly was almost completed. The base was cracked and the steel bars were bent which made the lid does not close properly.

I was fortunate to find this huge outdoor box on clearance. Yet, I would have paid full price had I known about the quality and looks of the item. It is large, sturdy, blends in with premium patio furniture. If they bring them back into stock, I will buy more if I can use them.

One of the best storages purchased. Being of older ages, I took a lot longer than instructions said. Reviewed YouTube, but the men wasn't a lot of help. One person alone and I accomplished the task and it is all that the descriptions stated. Sturdy, price is rate, and instruction was accurate,

I bought this deck box to turn it into a four stall outdoor cat house for my barn kitties . It's very easy to put together, I did it by myself, I'm a 62 year old woman.. Seems very sturdy, nothing flimsy about it, well worth the money. The lid stays up, the hinges/closures are equally strong Very pleased with my purchase

Big enough for my four sets of patio chair cushions, and keeps out the rain. Unfortunately, it was delivered on a rainy day and left in my driveway rather than on my doorstep. The soaking wet box broke the minute I tried to move it, and then I was grabbing at individual pieces and wet cardboard scraps. Big mess just so the delivery person could save the 5 foot walk to my rain-protected door stoop.

Great storage for our townhouse. It had to be out of sight for the HOA, and it is. It's large enough for all my tools (table saw with the legs removed, power miter, power planer, circular saw, orbital sander and a 6 gallon gas can) and it's lockable. We bought a second one as a yard box for our seat cushions, some gardening tools and our portable generator.

I’m a 70 year old woman and I just moved into a townhouse so I needed extra storage for yard tools, etc. so I purchased this deck box. I like the fact that it is a very sturdy storage box for the price and there’s tons of room for what I need to store. One of the best things about this is I could put it together myself!

My complaint is that when I received the item it was obvious that it had been sold at least once before it was sold to me. The bos bax crushed and torn and retaped up. When I unboxed the item it was damaged. The side was broken. I used auto body repair to seal the broken side. It was easier to repair than to put it all back in the crushed box and return. In the end the item suited what I wanted it for. I am just unhappy that it was shipped in the condition of the box and it was obvious that it was damaged.
