Bought 2 months ago. Had missing parts. Called 800.number Customer serv supervisor had the parts In the mail the same day. Excellent Customer Service department. Which is rare in this business world.

Have not put the storage box to use…yet. Easy to assemble (only one bent piece on arrival). Having a 2nd person made assembly easier.

This box is sturdy and so easy to assemble. It is priced well compared to others of smaller capacity. I'd highly recommend it!
