I'm going to honest. Went over a friend house and played and had a great experience! Graphics look close to pc quality and that was a surprise with this being their low end next gen console. One day when available I will be able to get a console if my very own. I'm having a hard time playing games on my regular Xbox one after gaming on this. This an affordable console you can't past on!

This is a great console, as it has great graphics, Big space, And Quick Resume is awesome as it runs enabled games in the background. The controller is awesome as it has a grip on the shell and on the triggers and a new innovative D-Pad with a new Share button. Overall i'd say it is a great way to experience Next Gen for $299.

I only bought the Series S since i needed the currency gen model to play some of the current games coming out. In other words I am settling on an inferior product due to multiple issues that are outside of my control. While there are Series X available, who in their right mind wants to pay double or triple retail to the online scalpers. The scalpers should have never been allowed to by them in bulk in the first place. As for system performance, the games I have played on it so far all look and run amazing. This system is replacing or a better term supplementing a Xbox 1 S. It does process faster and it is very noticeable. The only downside is the small HDD capacity. Even with the SSD add on, it doesn't have the space needed. i am sure this will be rectified in the future.

It’s a great system! I do suggest if you enjoy playing multiple games go with the series x. I have call of duty and madden and that’s all it will hold. The expansion card is $219 for 1 tb. I will have to purchase that to download any more games with out having to uninstall the two I have. The download time wasn’t that impressive it took about 20 hours to install both of those games. It could’ve been my wifi, so it’s a good idea if you can reach your console with an Ethernet cable to do that. The games when running are very smooth and is perfect for the tv I have ( it runs 4K at 60 FPS)

The game runs well and downloads are much better. It took awhile to get it right cause of our storage device and sorting the games that didn't need to be downloaded again but we got it. We were actually lucky to get it. Took my parents to Walmart on 07/22 between the hrs of 4pm -7pm and my son father seen the last one in stock. He told me and I told him to hurry and get it. We actually got it for the actual retail price a little more with the warranty and sales tax. We love it!! Waiting to catch the Series X still!!

When i first got this series S the HDMI output was finicky. It would every once in a while flash off while playing something, as if the hdmi cord was disconnected. It wasnt too unbearable at first but it has progressively gotten worse, and now just over 3 months with it, it has pooped out conpletely. I have tried like 5 different HDMI cables, and different screens, so i know for a fact its the HDMI output. You can see in my photo below, which is after 3 months of owning it, that there isn't any damage to it, so it must be something internal. I just put in to to customer service to see of they would exchange it for a new one. I will update my review if they oblige.

i don't have this one yet but i have the Xbox one s console with 1000 tb hhd call of duty warzone 2.0 doesn't play very good on it it freezes up and crashes some of the games that I have does the same thing cold war has had way too many problems with it it does the same thing same with warzone 2019 now warzone 2.0 i didn't have any problems with it until they updated it yesterday I've had my Xbox one s console since 2020 it's time to upgrade.

I received this as a gift for mother's day last year and I've played it so much I'm surprised it still turns on properly. I have the free sims 4 version installed and two point hospital and there is still a TON of space left! And since I discovered on YouTube that you can hook up a keyboard and a mouse to it and play select games on it like a laptop, it's even better! Very pleased!

I was lucky enough to find one of these in-store. I wanted to have it all ready to go to surprise my son Christmas morning. Setup was a breeze with using the Xbox App. It is surprisingly small, but I really like the looks of it. The new controller feels more premium to me and I do hope it is built better than the Xbox One controllers.

Comparing the two in simple terms , it’s like Xbox series s is Ben Simmons and the Xbox series x is lebron James . Ben Simmons can do everything lebron can do except shoot the ball which is holding him back and makes him a liability, then you got lebron James who can do absolutely everything well and if u want to acquire lebron you got to bring more to the table rather than what you would pay for Ben Simmons, even tho they’re both great players(consoles) lebrons better
