A small console, Big experience

This is a great console, as it has great graphics, Big space, And Quick Resume is awesome as it runs enabled games in the background. The controller is awesome as it has a grip on the shell and on the triggers and a new innovative D-Pad with a new Share button. Overall i'd say it is a great way to experience Next Gen for $299.

Fantastic!!

I purchased my Xbox Series S two years ago and I am proud to say that it is still doing amazing! It is good quality and never has any issues downloading games that I want to play or troubleshooting. Very small and compact so I can take it on the go and the best part is it requires no disk, so all my games are safe on my system!

It’s Too Good

I have had this console for a while and I’m just in love with it. I have nothing really negative to say at all about it, expect that I do wish it had more storage space. But other than that (which really isn’t a HUGE imposition) I’m enjoying it. I love the white, minimalistic design. I love Gamepass. I had considered the PS5 this generation because I’m usually only an Xbox gamer and thought I’d give PlayStation a try. Now though, I’m just too happy with my Series S to even care about the PS5. Maybe in time I might upgrade to the Series X, but for this price it’s just an incredible deal. Anyone complaining about this must’ve gotten a faulty product. If you have the chance to grab one of these things...DO IT!

Hi Eboni -- It's wonderful to hear that you love your new Xbox Series S. We're glad that you're enjoying its compact design and the convenience and selection of Xbox Game Pass. If you're running low on storage, you have a couple of options. The best solution is to invest in the Seagate SSD 1TB Expansion Card for Xbox Series X/S, which will add 1TB of SSD storage to your console. The next best thing is to connect an external hard drive. While games optimized for Xbox Series S must be played from its internal SSD, older games that haven't been enhanced may be played directly from an external drive. Hope that helps! -Chuck, Xbox Customer Care

Got it and its amazing!!!

Started playing with this yesterday and my gosh is it one heck of a console! it's so good to play with the series s and not only that but the controller is so good that they almost didn't change anything to it (the controller was already perfect years ago so they only made stuff like the d pad better) and the console just runs so amazing and i wouldn't have change anything to this console cause it's perfect.

Better than I hoped for

Better than I expected. I really don't know much about the difference between 1080 and 4k and 1440 on a console, but I can say the graphics on this seem better on our 4k TV than the old playstaton 4 did. Maybe when others are saying it runs on 1440, that means while not quite 4k, it is still better than 1080 even on a 4k tv? The main thing for us is how quick it is. Games load up much quicker and there is very little time loading between levels on the games we played so far. If you are not sure if this is 'good enough' for you or you want to wait for the series X or PS5, to me I'm happy with this purchase. Honestly, when playing a game where so much stuff is going on and the game is moving so fast, if there even is a slight difference in graphics, we probably wouldn't notice because we play games at full speed, not pausing to compare pixel counts and graphics. Once again, what I can say is this looks better on our 4k tv than the last gen console did. Worth it.

"I'm Upset"

Look I'm really excited to get to experience playing games on a Next Gen console, but I've tried to buy it every time you claim you have it in stock just for the site to crash and not work for a 20 WHOLE MINUTES. Worse of all YOU SELL OUT in less than a SECOND, how many consoles are you getting ONE?

Bought it back!!! DONT SLEEP ON SERIES S

I was fortunate enough to acquire a Series S and PS5 from Target and Amazon at launch in November '20. I sold the Series S because I was trying so much to get used to the PSN Interface and I just couldn't. I regret selling the Series S and now I just scored one on Walmart. I can't wait for it to arrive and it be apart of my "120fps Gaming Station" once again. Don't Sleep on the S if you have a 1080p 120hz monitor, I have a 2 yr old monitor and it's capable of 120hz at 1080p!! If your asking what console you should get? Whichever one your more used to, have the most active friends list, achievements vs trophies, game pass vs ps now, etc. Those will help you decide, game on!!

The Little Machine that Could!

Fantastic Gamepass machine. I have a 1080p tv so I did not see the point in getting the series X. At first I was concerned with the 364GB space limit. But those fears were unfounded as I was still able to install 10 games. Another benefit is the console is tiny. Its super easy to put in a backpack and travel. Highly recommend the Series S

Tiny but powerful

Got my Series S just before christmas and love it. I only have a 1080p TV so its perfect. The difference from my OG Xbox One is crazy. AC Valhalla runs much better, Cyberpunk actually runs great, no crashes only small bugs, and Yakuza Like a Dragon is just beautiful and runs perfectly. Loading times are insane, can't even read the loading screen tips on most games anymore lol. All of this in such a small package is incredible. Can't wait for newer games to take even more advantage of power of this little guy.

Amazing! Amazing! Poweful little system.

Do not listen to the critics. This is new gaming technology. The picture up scales to 4k. For the money and what it is worth. Awesome! I'm a Sony fan and Microsoft compared to them. Won this round. From the launch to the organization and price. Try to get one if you are like me and refuse to pay 500 dollars on an system. Which does not include any game.
