The Rise and Shine mix is what got us started with Seven Sundays. It is delicious naturally, without excess sweetness. We use it for a topper on regular oatmeal, their amazing oat based muesli, and whenever our morning needs a special kick. I love their cereals and love supporting a great company.

I am on a carb cycling diet and this has made snack time so much better! I add this on top of my yogurt, or in cottage cheese, or even in a bowl with milk. I am so happy to have found this. Please make more variations like I am hearing about from other commenters. All other keto cereals I have tried, have gone in the trash. This one is staying in my special “only for me” drawer!

I have been searching high and low for a cereal that is low in carbs and that is all natural. Found this at the Grocery Outlet and loved what I saw in the ingredients, so decided to buy a couple bags hoping that I would like the taste. It is perfect in every way!! Crunchy, flavorful, and healthy!! I think this will become my new go to breakfast item. I actually haven't been eating cereal since starting to eat low carb, so I am ecstatic to be able to eat cereal again. Plan to eat it with low carb yogurt and low carb ice cream as well.

I am in love with Seven Sundays Nut Granola Mix, Cereals. I they are perfect for diabetics as they do not spike my blood sugar. I use unsweetened coconut milk and it enhances the coconut flakes that are in the mix. So, it becomes the best coconut, banana, and strawberry flavors.

Excellent product! Beyond words how good all the granola varieties are! The taste and texture are authentic. The ingredients are all wholesome and clean, a rarity in today’s granola false advertising. One can only appreciate and be thankful that good healthy ingredients can work together so well without additives, extra sugars and other “fillers” that advertise themselves as being healthy! Thanks for producing good food! It’s what the world needs more now than ever!

I bought this product as a sugary cereal replacement. I was skeptical because over the years I have found it difficult to find items that are good for me and taste good, to replace things that aren't so good nutritionally. Often times it goes to waste, but this product actually checks all the boxes. Very surprised and satisfied with the product.

I have been enjoying this so much! It’s the perfect flavor combo and is a great addition to yogurt, oatmeal, cereal bowls, and chia pudding. I also love a handful of it as a snack. My favorite has been eating it as cereal with milk and blueberries. So delicious. I love that it doesn’t have any added sugar and it’s just nutritious, whole food. You can’t beat that!

Found the Rise and Shine Keto Mix shopping one day and thought to try it because the ingredients were so clean! Wow I loved it so much I went back to buy more for me and my sister. My favorite breakfast and I am a picky one. BTW, my sister is also crazy about it. So sad you are sold out here on the web site.

Awesome snacking mix, beats any granola bar! Outstanding mix of dried fruit, nuts & seeds. 1/3 cup dry is a nice satisfying chew. Excellent sprinkle topping atop nut butter on GF crackers. Probably could do without the Chia seeds since when dry, they tend to stick in throat. Particularly heavy settling out at bottom of bag. I usually sift them out and use otherwise. Happy Happy!

I noticed this in my local Sam’s Club yesterday, and thought I’d give it a try. What a delightful surprise! Great taste, very slightly sweet, terrific consistency. And you don’t really get a sense of the various individual components…instead, like any good recipe, they seem to blend together in a marvelous way to create a whole new complex flavor that is delightful. The suggested serving size of 1/3 cup seems a little small to me…I went with 1/2 cup. I accepted the suggestion to use a “splash of milk”, and I think the folks at Seven Sundays are right about that…all the ‘cereal’ needs is a slight moistening. I also think this product would make a wonderful addition to a dollop of yogurt.
