I eat low carb and try to eat as clean as possible. I have heard good things about Seven Sundays but never tried it before. I am so glad I did. I love it and don't feel like I am missing out on cereal.

It is the very best nut granola anywhere! I love all of the ingredients: almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, dates, pecans etc. etc. I especially love it on yogurt and so do my grandchildren!

This is beyond delicious! Goes in my low sugar green yogurt and gives so much flavor. I eat it as cereal and yummy! Can’t wait to get notified it’s back in stock!

All the ingredients I want and none that I don’t. One-third cup serving may not sound like enough, but it if filling & satisfying. I highly recommend it to anyone but esp dieters or those on the Diabetes radar. It should be in every store!

We love Seven Sundays Rise n Shine granola. It's not so awfully sweet like a lot of granola and I love that they use clean ingredients and coconut sugar. One of the only granola I'm able to eat.

I have tried other Seven Sundays cereals and find that none compare to this one. The texture and the flavor combination is the best. Love it in yogurt too!
