I haven't had any problems with this A14 ever. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the volume on the actual device is a little to low to me. I use earphones all the time so that feature doesn't effect me..
My A14 5G review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my new Samsung A14 5G because there's a lot of space it is fast and you even when you don't have much storage it'll still run normally, I don't really have much to say except I really like it
I got what I paid for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone "free" for porting my number to my new carrier. They said free, however, I pay monthly and cannot upgrade until it has been paid in full, so can you really call that free?? Anyways, the phone is great as far as all of the Samsung options I love. I just can tell the difference between my Galaxy S phones compared to the Galaxy A. The battery dies fast and sometimes dies while its plugged in. Lately, when I plug it in, it flashes the lightning bolt circle showing it is plugged in over and over and won't start charging sometimes as long as 20 minutes. Right now I'm plugged in, its at 7% and was at 10% when I started writing this review. So I'm not happy with this phone so far and want to get another S series...

Worst phone I have ever owned
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the most important feature for a phone would be the ability to make phone calls. 5g performance is so horrible I had to disable it. 4g 50/50 chance of connecting on the first try. WiFi calling can only speak on speakerphone otherwise other party cannot hear me. I am bombarded by notifications for Samsung apps,deals,equipment. Guys,Gals,Theys,Thems, the other stuff is useless if the one basic function of a phone is overlooked. This phone has completely missed the mark in its one most important job which is to MAKE PHONE CALLS!! It will take plenty of convincing for me to purchase another Samsung product.

Would not recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Galaxy A14 kind of suck for streaming for pretty much anything. I guess it's okay for somebody not going to care if they have service half the time or not I have to keep turning on my airplane mode and then back off just to get service sometimes and then also sometimes it'll say I don't have a SIM card and I do. Another thing when I'm trying to message someone it will pop up that my keyboard needs to be updated but it doesn't. This phone has a lot of cons I should have looked at before buying.

Best Phone I've Ever Had

I haven't had an issue with it. I absolutely love this phone, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good, affordable phone.

Very long battery life and great display
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone loads all the apps I use very fast and web pages load super quick in Google Chrome. It also has a great quality camera the only downside is that it takes a few seconds to take pictures in full HD. The speaker is good I can hear everyone clearly and they can hear me even if it's noisy. It has a long battery life I think the display screen is awesome it runs at 90hz. It can also run all the newer games just fine although you have to turn down the video quality setting in some of the very high demanding games like call of duty etc. This is a great budget phone overall and I would definitely recommend it
Camera issues.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it's run by Google and everything is ez too use, I have mille Autism, and what I like the most is Spell thing out for me. What I don't like is the camera, it's too slow when I'll taking a picture, it's give it's a leg, about 3 to 4 seconds. Overall it's a great experience with this phone and I happy with it.
