Samsung Galaxy A14 5G

This is a top notch phone with Android 13 to start. The only downside is there is no Knox Security updates with this phone. Why are they not included ? Samsung need to update these A14 5G phones and put in Knox Security, like last week, last month, etc. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite and its secured by Knox, This phone has many buyers whats going on here ?

This product has amazing features and apps I like

Only one defect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device is good but there is one defect that Samsung needs to fix: Volume level. The volume sounds so low that I have to turn it up to the max in order to make it work. Not only that the Dolby Atmos is a good option, but it helps to boost the volume a little. Good for elementary to middle schoolers

Apps are extremely limited. Bought for an 11 year old, there very few games and alot of apps require paid subscription. Will need an upgrade in a year or two. Set up was frustrating, kicked off setup. Qr scan not working. Software worked just fine on the phone and from parent portal.

Used for less than a week and it dropped almost every call I made that was longer than ten minutes. Called Samsung, they tried but could not fix the problem. Called T Mobile and the first two people I spoke with could not fix the problem, might have had something to do with the fact that my phone kept dropping the calls. The third person I spoke with at T Mobile was on the phone less than five minutes when the call dropped, she called back and told to return the phone because it was no good.

this phone is definitely refurbished. it isnt new. i dont like it. its laggy and frustrating to use compared to my last phone which was a huawei p30 2018. save yourself the hassle and skip this phone.

Do not buy

Maybe I got a lemon, but this phone has the worst touchscreen I've ever had the displeasure of using. It also glitches out a lot. Constantly having to refresh the screen.

Never again

Okay just the facts my phone has not had a full charge since the day I bought it there's so much bloatware in this phone it cannot stay full I look to see what I could do they told me not to use the features such as Wi-Fi Bluetooth and all the other perks it pretty much does whatever it wants it has a battery saver feature that only let it charge to 85% which I don't understand why would you even tell us it was 85%. It's never gotten there anyway every time you try to do something it goes back to the menu screen the gallery won't upload to the cloud and delete itself so I have to spend more time doing maintenance then I actually get to use my phone because there's so much memory used up by all the junk they put in it

Terrible product!

This phone chooses when it activates when you touch the screen. It will not activate in the middle of typing for no reason. It is the most annoying thing to the point I am considering getting a new phone. I hate this product so much I am actually writing a bad review on it which I never do. I am very disappointed and feel like this product should be recalled.
