Amazing phone for the price. I had this phone replace my Galaxy A13 (not 5G) and got this as a replacement. The phone is super fast, responsive, and has a great screen. I am shocked how good this phone is for the price. It is incredible to get such a good product for such a reasonable price. I am super happy! It came with 64 GB storage but I also have a micro SD card with 500 GB and have plenty of space on it. I save a lot of the stuff on the the SD card. Overall so happy! Thank you Samsung!!!

It is so easy to use, there is so much you can do with this phone. It's a great phone honestly I use it for almost everything I do. The galaxy A14 Has great coverage & the service is always on point. Its very good on streaming, I play my music 24/7 everywhere I go and i dont have to wait for it to buffer all the time its great. I have all my games that I like play. It's verry good with storage. This phone Charges fast and the battery life last a long time. I could be happier. It Takes really nice pictures and has a grand photo editor. I do all my artwork and writing on here. This phone is not to big or too little, It's the perfect size for me. Honestly this phone is a really nice phone to have I don't think there is much at all to complain about really. I am 100% satisfied with it. And there is so much more that I haven't even learned about. I think I'll be using this phone for a real long time. I've had it for almost 6 to 7 months already and i really love it so far its Honestly perfect for everything I need it for and much more. I think alot of people would be satisfied with this phone.

Apps are extremely limited. Bought for an 11 year old, there very few games and alot of apps require paid subscription. Will need an upgrade in a year or two. Set up was frustrating, kicked off setup. Qr scan not working. Software worked just fine on the phone and from parent portal.

Excellent alternative to the elite S series! Though the lowest of the 3 Tiers of "budget" devices, I am overall pleased with the quality of this device. It is sturdy, yet looks nice. The display is still very good and the overall performance isn't really a night and day difference from a Galaxy S. If you are familiar with the Tab A7 Lite, this phone is BETTER! Faster and brighter! The ONLY complaint I have is that it charges sooooo slowwww. I thought it was defective so I returned it for a replacement... Nope, it's the design. Despite it being advertised as 15W charging (which doesn't sound too different from the S22's 25W), it is SLOW like WOAH. It charges at less than 1A average so if at 42%, it will take approx 4 hours to each 85%. Like, why??? I would say if you use this as your daily, it is probably one of the very few devices you can leave plugged in overnight. Otherwise, carry a charger with you in your pocket and plan to plug in cause it'll never charge otherwise. HOWEVER, if and when you DO get it charged, it does have excellent battery life! I hope this review helps someone!

Maybe I got a lemon, but this phone has the worst touchscreen I've ever had the displeasure of using. It also glitches out a lot. Constantly having to refresh the screen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible charging takes a lifetime compared to My s8 even with fast chargers, I've had two of these phones one of them the phone caught my purse on fire... nothing was in my purse except wallet and phone. Very slow and gets a lot of viruses. The picture quality on other hand is great though.

This phone chooses when it activates when you touch the screen. It will not activate in the middle of typing for no reason. It is the most annoying thing to the point I am considering getting a new phone. I hate this product so much I am actually writing a bad review on it which I never do. I am very disappointed and feel like this product should be recalled.
