I had relatively low expectations of the product. But once it came out of the microwave, the aromatic aroma of spices filled my nostrils, and I dove right in. The noodles were a perfect consistency, the broth was just right, and the spices were perfection: everything you could ask from a comforting bowl of delicious pho. It is a low-calorie food and provides everything a bowl of pho should, including sriracha and hoisin sauce. I would highly recommend it! My only concern is that it is a limited-time product, so now I am obligated to purchase an entire pallet!

NOT as good as Pho Crystal in Allen, TX but when you need your Pho fix and you cannot get to the restaurant, this hits the spot. Five dollars is a bargain for this. Don't listen to the naysayers who must be expecting a gourmet meal for five dollars in these days of super-inflation.
