We bought the WGEN3600DF due to all of the reviews. We unboxed the product, great packaging - no damage. Put the feed and wheels on the generator. Hooked up the battery. Put the supplied oil in using the supplied funnel. Put about a 2.5 gallons of gasoline into the tank. Made sure the fuel selector switch was set to gasoline, turned the fuel shutoff valve to on. Pushed the start button - nothing. Acted as if there was no gas in the generator. Did that for a few times, still nothing. Called customer service, we are waiting for a call back. Will update after we are able to run the generator.

Just picked this model up. Easy to set up and fired right up on propane with the remote start. Great handle and wheel kit also. Surprisingly quiet for a non inverter. Much quieter than the larger inverter model of another brand that it replaced. This unit is perfect for my home back up needs. Only reason for four stars is I still need to complete the break in period but so far so good!

unpacked generator installed wheels and oil in a few minutes. filled gas and propane pushed the start button and immediate start. Shut it off and changed over to propane and had difficulty starting until i slid the choke lever over and it started immediately. Trying to find adapter so I can use the 30A twist lock outlet. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this due to the quality of this company & l'm very pleased! Started right up, I'm using propane, & I was quite surprised on how quiet it was too!! Came well packed!! I have yet to actually use it, so I can't say much there. But all in all I'm very pleased!!!!!

I was able to get it running with both petro, and gas. I was able to get the remote fob connected, and working. The manual is not perfect, so pay attention while setting her up. For example, the manual advises how to hook up the battery, but the unit came with the battery partially installed (there where two mid level wires i needed to connect together). Be advised that the unit is heavy, and produces noise level in line with this type/rate of generator.

I had to disconnect the bars that hold the battery in place to get the battery in. Spent half an hour looking for the remote pairing button. Surprise! There is none! You don't have do do that step. Started up nice and easy on the third try out of the box. I guess I thought it'd be quieter than my grandpa's old one but no.

We have a ranch in Texas and last year we were without electricity for a week. We wanted to be prepared and also be able to us for work on ranch. I like that it uses propane and gas. I was impressed how easy it was to assemble and ready to use. We were glad we purchased.

This dual-fuel model is exactly right for our environment. Also, the capacity is right for powering food storage devices. Charging little devices is a bonus. The machine is very well engineered! Every part is solid. Also, the documentation is good -- not that common in such devices.

Very good generator, but the unpacking instructions could be better. A red sticker says "Remove support brackets from frame before operating." It showed an illustration of an S bracket. There were no other details. It took me a while -- and a call to customer service -- to figure out that they meant. As it turns out, you must remove the 2 RED L brackets on the bottom of the frame.
