I haven't ran my generator yet. The registration page wants a review to receive the free cover for it. It is a nice size, easy to move around. I don't like the color of the oil dipstick, it's yellow and it is very hard to read ;at least when the oil is new). I also wish the oil filler port was easier to access. It's a little difficult to get to, but not horrible.

Packaging wasn't sufficient but easy to assemble and start. Isn't too loud. Fortunately the power hasn't gone out so haven't needed to run it yet, but I selected this model based on the propane option ... If the power does go out I may run it on gas but I won't leave it full of gas to get gummy. Leaving it hooked up to propane (tank off) makes easy for the wife to go out and start without moving or lifting anything.

Got the generator home. Follow setup instructions (Maybe should have added the removal of shipping brackets tot he instructions). Filled it up and hit the remote. Started first try. Ran it off gas and propane. Runs both AC and Microwave in the trailer no problem.

Starts, runs smoothly on propane (haven't tried gas yet as I don't plan on using it. Power output is steady. Noise level is reasonable. Unit appears sturdy and well-made. Handle for pulling is comfortable. My one complaint: The oil cap/dipstick. Location is hard to reach without getting almost flat on the ground; cap is cheap plastic and hard to thread, and already shows signs of stripping. I can tell already that's likely to be a problem. Even worse: The dipstick is essentially useless -- after screwing it in and unscrewing it, the amount of oil smeared on the stick appears to be the same no matter how high or low the oil level actually is. Also, it would be nice if the owners manual made it clearer that the ENTIRE bottle of oil that comes with the unit should be put in the engine. I tried going by the dipstick reading and ended up with too little oil. The Low Oil Cutoff saved me until I could figure out it needed the full 0.6 liters; otherwise it could have been a disaster. It's a shame to have to focus on a negative issue when the machine appears to be an excellent value otherwise, but it's annoying that the minor fixes (metal oil cap; separate dipstick that doesn't have to be screwed in) that could solve the problem haven't already been made.

We bought this generator in preparation for a hurricane that was supposed to hit South FL. We did a lot of research and ready a lot of reviews before deciding on which generator to purchase. We wanted it to run our fridge, a window AC unit, and some outlets. Fortunately, we never lost power. This generator came ready to use right out of the box and it's light enough that my wife can easily move it.

Purchased about a month ago, shipped quickly, and arrived in perfect condition. Initial setup (wheel kit, adding oil, hooking up a propane tank, etc.) is quite easy and instructions are clear and helpful. It's definitely a heavy piece of equipment, though. I have only run it one time--it worked just fine and provides lots of options for powering your appliances/tools/etc.

I bought this for a partial house backup as I live on the coast, In Testing this will run my Appliances and a microwave with a small room AC, I also have started using it on my RV camping on the beach as its dul fuel and I can switch on the run as needed to keep going. More than enough power for my AC and a microwave

I like the features on this generator; electric start, remote start, dual-fuel. Jury is still out as far as how it works. First day not able to get it to run on gasoline, still trying to diagnose. Propane worked fine. Battery was completely flat upon receipt. Other than that I'm hoping I'll be able to resolve those issues.

I bought this generator as a back up power source for my home during black outs. The instructions for putting it in use are concise and the generator works as it should. I like the duel fuel option and opted to use propane. Didn't even have to go out and buy the hose. I also liked the fact that this machine was within my price range.

So easy to set up started right up. No more fear of no power this has ran great so far and with proper maintenance I hope it continues to do so. The push start makes it so easy when I hurt my back and couldn't pull start anything it was truly a life saver
