Glad we bought this just in case...and bam! Hurricane...no power for 3 days and this kept the two refrigerators, a freezer, and numerous other small items going...all on propane. Unfortunately, have a very small oil leak coming from somewhere and will have to explore repairs / warranty.

I brought this on my birthday 10/29/2020 right out of the box after adding the oil and gasoline connected the battery it started right up. I stop it and use the remote key fob and restarted it up with no problem. hook up to my propane tank and again it started up without any problems. I like that i able to use gasoline or propane.

A generator that burns both gasoline and propane are one thing but it's the electric starter that hooked me. If you've ever tugged on one of these things to start them you will know what I mean.This unit works, it works well and I'm definitely satisfied with this generator.

Bought for electrical outages, since my husband uses CPAP. It should also allow us to use camper when there are electrical outages to the house. I only gave 4 stars because we haven't been able to figure out how come the electrical start and FOB won't work. It maybe the battery??

Just received this unit a week ago, wanted a smaller unit ,had a rigid 7500 w it was to hard to pull start. I didn't need that big unit now that i'm getting older (69) did little research, found duel fuel gas/propane great feature. this unit is perfect for my needs,has electric start with push button or keyless remote start.easy to assemble took 20 min hooked up a propane tank used the remote started right up.has a lot of good features on this unit. only weighs about 105 lb. no tools required it had the tools you need 2 wrenches included ,also came with the oil to put in it. After i registered my unit they are going to send me a generator cover. thank you westinghouse.GREAT PRODUCT .

I received this generator as a gift from my Mother-in-Law, it was very easy to put together and the dual fuel is a definite bonus. I have a grill, mosquito trap and a fire pit that all take 20 lb bottles and a spare bottle in the shed. I will be covered when it comes to propane. The fact that you can switch from gas to propane while the generator is running is another plus. The remote, while a handy, "Watch this !!" while showing off to your friends, will probably never be used when needed. It has a push start button right on the generator. Still nice, but I don't think I'll ever use it. My review is strictly initial appearances and opinion as I have not started or load tested it as of yet; the true value of a generator...

I haven't used it to power much yet, but I'm happy with the accessories that were included to get it set up and started, the features it includes, and the good build quality of the generator itself. The downside was that it had some frame bends on arrival which appear to be totally cosmetic in nature. Nevertheless, it fired right up once hooked up properly. It even has the necessary hose for running propane, a battery charger, and tools included. I didn't feel like I bought a product that was meant to be a "congrats, you're on your own now!"

I just received this and it came as expected actually came a day early which is great because we're in the middle of a storm here in California. I'm anxious to get it running. It'll be used to keep my sump pump running when our main source of electricity is out.

I feel so much more confident about Houston's Bi-Polar weather now that I have the Westinghouse Generator. Thankfully we haven't had to use it just yet but I'm impressed with the design and its build. Very heavy, so glad I got the one with the wheel package. I would highly recommend this Brand…

Perfect, compact model for home backup during inevitable spring thunderstorms and power loss. Love the dual fuel option. Super easy to set up out of the box. I filled it with oil and gas and pressed the button and it fired right up! Quiet operation.
