[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use bio freeze a lot especially working in the healthcare industry.. when my back starts to hurt I just rub some of this stuff on and it’s not even 5 minutes and the pain goes away ..I’ve tried different rubs for pain but there’s no other like BioFreeze..it works instantly!! I work long 16 hour shifts and I always carry this product with me ..you just never know when you will get hit with pain but this stuff does work great!!

This roll on is so easy to use myself instead of having to ask my husband to put biofreeze on for me. I love it and I find myself using it as my go to when I’m having back pains now instead of having to take Tylenol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Nurse, and on my feet 12+ hours a day, so I’ve had some unrelenting back/neck/knee pain for years. After applying biofreeze to those areas, the pain is relieved fairly quickly. I enjoy the cooling effect, and although the scent of menthol (that’s the best description I could think of) is initially strong, it doesn’t bother me in the slightest once I feel my pain start to ease. I love that it’s in a roll-on bottle, because I can literally apply it anywhere (within seconds), and keep on moving. There is no pain from the cooling effect, and it’s truly does ease my pain, so I’m very happy with the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Biofreeze gives you relief for minor aches and pains. It goes on cold but as it seeps in it starts to warm to give relief. The scent can be a little strong to start but it does fade to a lighter scent as you rub it in. If you are a little stiff before to go to workout rub down with this it will help loosen those muscles so you can warm up faster. Also rub down after your workout so as your body cools down you won't be stiff. This rub is good to use on the backs of your calf if you happen to get cramps in your calf. The con about this is you roll it on but you still have to rub it in so it can start to work faster.

After my hikes, I use this BioFreeze Roll on and the pain is gone. I like this roll on as you don't have to use your hands to touch. East to use and the pain is temporarily gone.
