Works great for tight or sore muscles, helps with headache relief when applied to back of neck or temples and does wonders for tired, achy feet. I couldn’t wait to try this roll-on bio-freeze. It’s exactly what I needed! It was very easy to apply to my own lower back and glided with no issue. The smell was not unpleasant like other products like this can be. I felt instant relief! My back felt nice and cool and I was comfortable enough to fall asleep easily. I woke up and my back felt a little less sore. I would definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this Roll-On to be frustrating. It didn't glide very well on the skin and felt more like it was rubbing the skin. The roller ball was not rolling very well at all and the product that did come out had to be rubbed in by hand. This makes the roller ball pointless. The liquid product itself was somewhat effective at pain relief, though it didn't last very long. I also do not like certain ingredients that are in this product: Blue 1 (dye), Yellow 5 (dye), Carbomer, Isopropyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Myristate, and Triethanolamine. I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This roll on is very handy because you can use it anywhere without having to get anything on your hands. In addition, it is very warming and helps relieve pain. I used it for knee pain and found relief within about 20 minutes.

Using this after a workout helps relieve the pain for a few hours and lets me relax. I like the roll on application because I'm the only one that uses it and it doesn't leave the smell on my hands like a cream.

The only thing I can say that is sort of an issue is the cold blast from the spray really gets my attention. Man it is cold! Well. this roll on solves that. It works exactly the same as the spray but doesn't put me into momentary shock. It comes in a small sized container which I can easily carry with me when needed. I couldn't be happier with this product.

I have super sensitive skin and most stuff like this leaves me in a rash. Biofreeze roll on is the first pain relief roll on that doesn’t effect my skin. It is quick acting, numbs the pain and the roll on is convient and mess free. I will be using this pain relief roll on from now on!
