It works well and alleviates the pain temporary for quick relief. One of the thing I didn’t like about the old style was that I had to wash my hands after putting it on cause I didn’t like the product on my hands. With this roll-on, it is so convenient and easy to use. I highly recommend it for quick relief from long days at your desk or playing sports.

(He has had 5 back surgeries) Typically nothing over the counter helps him. About 5 minutes after applying the Biofreeze he couldn't stop talking about how much better he felt.
