It's roll on bottle allows me to put it directly on the affected areas, a quick massage and help is on way. It has a pleasant smell of menthol that's very soothing.

I was able to apply using the roller to my shoulder all by myself and the coolness helps the pain relax away. Has a odor that disappears and rolls on smoothly. It has a very cold affect at first but then the heat kicks in for a few minutes and next thing you know the pain is being relieved!
