The roll on is easy to use with no mess on your hands. It immediately starts to work and does the trick for those tired achy muscles. I like the fact that the roll on fits perfectly into my scapula area. I recommend this to everyone!

It works just as good as a bag of ice, but it lasts longer and it doesn't have to be held in place. This stuff really works for muscle pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Biofreeze for years. As an athletic trainer & physical therapist I typically use the big bulk Biofreeze that comes in a pump tube. My athletes absolutely love it for their minor aches and pains. For my personal use I love this roll on Biofreeze. It glides nice and easily on the area that I want to apply it. The best part is that I don't have to get it all over my hands. You can definitely use this between you and your significant other, but for sanitary reasons I definitely wouldn't share this outside of my immediate family. I used this on a trigger point in my upper trap and within 5 minutes I felt some relief. I definitely recommend this product.

I like how it glides on and it has a nice cooling effect on my skin. It really does help with any area of pain. It does take the pain away and is better than anything I have ever used before.

He works outdoors owning his own lawn service and constant walking so he puts it on before he starts his day and helps him all day! The pain did subside so it works really well. The smell is not that bad. I have tried other products but this one seems to work the best. It is a little cold going on but that subsided.

The roll-on makes applying mess free, it applies as an invisible gel that quickly penetrates they skin and targeting pain. I have horrible joint pain in my hands and this started working within minutes to soothe away the ache and stiffness. Within a minute you begin to feel a cool tingling sensation and then a penetrating warmth. It has a menthol scent that quickly dissipated. It kept my hands pain free for several hours, this is now go to pain reliever for arthritis pain- great product that really works!
