I opened it up, rolled it on my lower back, and the pain went away. I was happy that it was not too wet when I rolled it on. I cannot wait to buy some more.

When applied it has a colling effect. I used it on my knee and liked the coolness after applying. It did not relieve all my pain but most of it. It works just as well as the other products I have tried. I like this better because of the ease of application and the menthol.
