[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this has a roller ball to dispense the product without me having to touch or rub in the product with my hands. The biofreeze has a very nice cold /hot feeling that does relieve muscle tension. The menthol smell is very strong and is not recommended to use with your hands as it is hard to wash the smell off. Other then that I enjoy how well it works on muscles to give relief and the roller ball to apply is easy ,glides right on .

It doesn’t take the pain of my sore muscles away but makes it less noticeable. That said, it actually feels best on my painful arthritis swollen finger joints/ knuckles - especially sore now that weather is turning damp and cool. It’s really nice the gel is a roll-on so you don’t have to get it all over your hands when applying. The roll-on also makes it easier for someone else to apply it to my back and shoulder areas which are harder for me to reach by myself. If you have minor aches and pains and particularly arthritic joints, this product can help.

Contrary to what they say, it has a VERY strong menthol smell. I found some mild cooling relief when applied, but it does go on rather lumpy and is sticky on your skin.

I like that it is a roll-on so that my hands stay clean. There's no offensive odor and doesn't leave a residue. This is truly a wonderful product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I thought that I would give Biofreeze a try and there are some positives, but also negatives about this product. Okay so the positives---great idea to use a roll on technique after thoroughly shaking the product and without getting a smelly mess on your hands. The menthol does cool the pain area and last for quite some time. I could still feel where I had applied it a couple of hours later. The negatives---it seems to initially work, I think mainly because of the cool/menthol feeling, however it didn't take my knee pain away and even if you reapply it several times a day, it has the same effect. You get that initial cooling sensation, but not much help with the pain. I give it 3 stars, because the positive aspects are really good, but it would have to be improved to take away pain. Almost there!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the Biofreeze in the Roll-on form because it is so convenient to just roll over your sore spots, never have to get the Biofreeze on your hands, and you can carry it with you anywhere. It rolls on easy and begins to work to relieve pain nearly instantly and gives me long lasting relief which I need to get through the day. The quality can't be beat and it smells great, too.
