Pure garbage

This is my second set of 285 75r16 E AT/2 tires on my 05 Duramax. I neither use the truck to tow or haul. Michelin "pro-rated" the first set that were worn out at 8k, now the second set same exact thing, premature wear. At 9k miles the second set is now at 16/32 which is 50% WORN OUT. The truck is perfectly maintained and aligned front to back, yet the truck eats these tires. The OEM tires lasted 51k. Wear pattern is even, these Michelin's do not last. Let me repeat that 1/2 the tread is gone in under 10,000 miles on these tires in light-duty application, can't imagine if I used the truck to tow or haul...

Great Value!

I love these tires. This is my second set on this truck. They may be more expensive than some others but the wear and road feel is hard to beat. My last set lasted about 80,000 miles and were pretty worn, but still held the road, no vibration and even performed well(worn) on wet pavement. That was the most notable difference that separates Michelin's from the others. These tires still gripped the road long after other tires that i've owned started slipping and sliding. Defineitly worth every dime and that"s why I chose another set. Long lasting and safe till you replace them.

Only tire I will use on our 2004 Suburban.

I purchased these tires in July 2010 and have run well over 100,000 miles while replacing only one blown out tire due to running over a 12" screwdriver. We pull a 35'travel trailer and have travelled up and down the west coast and all over the midwest. In the 100,000 miles these tires have exceeded my expectations in rain, snow, sand and everyday commute. 7 years later, the sidewalls are beginning to show weathering cracks form the intense desert sun.

Best Tire I have Owned

I own a 2011 F250 4 X 4 superduty with a 6.7 diesel. I have 95000 miles on the orginal set of tires on this vehicle. they have 35 % tread still left on them. I keep them rotated and run 70 psi in them at all times. We pull trailers, Haul hay, live on dirt roads and these tires have been excellent. I will buy another set

I love my Michelin's

I chose Michelin tires because of their reputation. I drive an SUV where the winters can be challenging. I'm impressed with the performance of these tires in the rain and snow. The gripping and stopping ability give me confidence that I will maintain control of my vehicle. My wife has leased many vehicles over the years, and her vehicles always came equipped with Michelin tires. I am happy to say " now I travel on Michelin's". In my opinion they are worth the money I spent.

Great Tire, best tire I have ever had.

On my 2010 F150 I replaced the stock P rated tires with a set of these 275/70R18 at 45,000 miles I know have 156,000 miles on the truck and I am just replacing them now. They still have tread on them but with the winters in New England i decided to replace with another set. Great traction in all types of weather and hauling a trailer. Tire does not make much noise on the road but if your not used to driving a Truck that feels like a Truck the ride is a little hard for regular people. I like my truck to feel like a truck. Great tire I recommend these tires to everyone.

I have been a long time ...

I have been a long time Michelin customer. I purchased a new vehicle in 2007 and did not have 30,000 miles on the tires that came on that vehicle. If they were Michelins, as on my past vehicles, I know those tires would have lasted 60,000 miles. I will never buy anything but Michelin. I am a very satisfied long term customer. Michelin is a great product!

Excellent Tire

These are excellent tires. I had a set on my 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. The original set hit 90,000 miles with tread still left. I had no flats and did nothing to them, other than rotating them regularly. I have never had a set of tires that have lasted that many miles. I put another set just like it on.

Great tire

I am on my second set and I have been more than pleased with these tires. I put almost 75,000 miles on the first set. I lived in western NC with periodic snow in the winter and these tires performed great in as much as 12 inches of snow. Never had a chance to drive in deeper snow. Very happy with my second set as they now have a little over 40,000 miles on them. Like anything else in life, if you take care of them, they will take care of you.

Absolutely NOT normal wear...

I am undecided how I feel about these tires until I get a response that makes sense. I purchased a new truck in 2012 with LTX A\T2 LT 275/65R20 tires on it. My truck has 30K miles on it as of todays date. I have had concerns with these tires since my truck had 25K miles on it but the dealer will do nothing stating the tires have "normal wear". My tires have CHUNKS out of the tread ... all the way around the tire ... on all four tires. I was asked what kind of terrain I drive my truck on which to me says they were trying to find the culprit of this problem. I drive my truck on roads and rarely dirt, gravel and sand. I'm a single mom, the only "cargo" I haul in my truck are my two kids.... I am constantly worried about these tires. I'm working on getting someone to listen to me that these tires are defective. My dealer says they have normal wear and a tire company says they are defective but can only get me a discount to replace them. I don't feel with 30K miles on a brand new $60,000 vehicle I should be having to purchase (discount or not) new tires! Waiting for Michelin to reply. I'll post my results.
