My son likes his backpack alot, especially the chest buckle. It really helps him keep the straps in place for a little guy (4). When the backpack ripped, customer service was very helpful in issuing a replacement.

Bought this for my son entering kindergarten and it has been a great backpack. It’s the perfect size for him and I love the built-in insulated lunchbox part that fit his Bentgo lunch boxes perfectly. Everything has a spot with all the compartments.

We purchased two lunch kits, one functions great but the other stopped closing properly and with lots of force I can close it but then it randomly pops open. Excellent customer support though!!

This is perfect for my 3 year old’s lunch. I like that the compartments are separated by silicone dividers. I had a problem with the latch but it was resolved by customer service.

I loved the ideas of these lunch boxes. But they close kind of hard and we are on our second set. The closing latch always falls apart as you can see in the photo.
