Bought a set of lunch boxes back in Feb 2022 and over time, it was difficult to shut the lids closed. I contacted customer service and Angelou responded quickly. Within 4 days, I received the replacements. Would recommend. Love our Bentgo lunch boxes and other products we have purchased!

This is my daughters 3rd Bentgo box! Doesn’t leak and keeps everything put, great for picky eaters cause you can do a variety of their fav foods! Switched to the chill one since the compartments are larger since she’s getting older! I had to contact customer support, they were quick to get back to me with excellent customer service! great product and great company! Definitely worth it!

I purchased this in February 2022, it is now August 2022 and my first container stopped closing all the way a few months after purchasing them. Now the 2nd container is doing the same thing. They won’t stay snapped shut. So I cant use them. I originally loved this lunch container! It kept my children’s lunch nice and cool and the compartments were great for adding more food and keeping them separated! Unfortunately for me, Im not ever sure how the lids stopped staying closed? I haves hand washed them for fear of ruining them in the dishwasher. I would love for a better version of this product.

I loved it until I couldn’t use anymore due to the ice pack not fitting. I got maybe four months out of it. One day, I just couldn’t fasten it. The ice pack seemed warped. I expected to get to the end of the school year, not have to purchase a new lunch box.

Being first-time schoolgoers, we weren't sure what lunchbox would work best for us. So we decided to try the Bentgo chill, which has been great. The compartments are a great size for my preschooler's lunch and keep lunch nice and cool throughout the day. In addition, the Bentgo chill compartments provide enough space to fill with plenty of healthy food. We especially like the compact size of this lunch box, which makes it easy for our little one to carry on her own in her Bentgo Bag.

This is a great item, easy for the kids to use at school. Helpful that the tray is dishwasher safe. My only criticism would be that the largest space doesn't accommodate the width of a regular piece of bread, even when the crust is cutoff which is frustrating.

I am completely in love with this Bentgo lunch container. My favorite aspect of the container is the freezable pack that slides in under the container to keep the food cold and fresh. This is so much easier for us than ice packs and individual containers. The portion sizes within the tray are perfect. The container seals perfectly and never leaks . My children will use these through elementary and middle school years. Thank you, Bentgo!

This is a nice backpack. Design is attractive. Bottom storage didn’t work out because items would fall out or items crushed since kids did not always use lunch container. Although, it was a smart innovative way of saving kids/parents energy of looking for additional lunch bag, it didn’t work out well for me. I recommend another alternative for insulated section either on top or in front separate compartment. This is a photo after it has been used. Held up pretty well.

I purchased two of these Bentgo Chill Kids Lunch Boxes because I wanted the built in ice pack for my child’s lunch. I tested it at home - after 3.5 hours, the string cheese was warm and rubbery. The ice pack was warm. I took the internal temperature of the cheese and it was 75 degrees- ick! I’m glad I tested it before sending to school, but disappointed I need to figure out something else…

My daughter has been using this since she was 13 months old. She knows how to open and close it and loves opening it herself. I especially love how I can pack her various foods and nothing touches (we all know how kids don’t like food touching) 10/10 product!
