My daughter complains about the food mixing together from the compartments. We didn't have this problem with the non chill lunch containers. I also noticed these are harder to seal shut.

Tray lifts when opening lid. Just bought this, have not washed or used it yet. I bought a two pack and one opens normally, the other lifts the tray which remains adherent to the lid when opening. Will return.

We have a few Bentgo boxes and have used them very often over the last few years. We had a slight issue with one about 6 months after purchase and I reached out to see if they had advise on solving in. They were very quick to respond and helped the situation beyond what I was looking for! Definitely will continue to be Bentgo fans for a while to come!

My kindergartener loves taking this lunchbox to school! She loves picking out what “section” her items go in, and I love that it reduces waste from individually wrapped foods (as well as dishes!). About 2 months into using our lunchbox, the clip broke. We were so sad, but customer service was so friendly and quickly replaced our box! Looking forward to many more lunches, in bentgo style!

I love how simple this is to use, and the fact that the ice pack fits under all the food. I don’t have to worry about adding extra ice packs to the lunch bag and the food stays cool till lunch. The compartment are great and don’t leak which is always a plus. We use it often and really enjoy it

I purchased this in February 2022, it is now August 2022 and my first container stopped closing all the way a few months after purchasing them. Now the 2nd container is doing the same thing. They won’t stay snapped shut. So I cant use them. I originally loved this lunch container! It kept my children’s lunch nice and cool and the compartments were great for adding more food and keeping them separated! Unfortunately for me, Im not ever sure how the lids stopped staying closed? I haves hand washed them for fear of ruining them in the dishwasher. I would love for a better version of this product.

I bought this product to send with my 2.5 year old at summer day care. It is the perfect size to fill her up. Speaking as a teacher, I love this box because my child can open and close it on her own, which is helpful when there is a room full of kids. This creates independence!

We purchased our 1st bentgo 2 in1 backpack and love it, however we ran into a little issue that my daughter had to remove the snack early in the day prior to eating it and needed a solution to keep her snack cold till later in the day. Scott from customer service fixed us right up with a Kids Chill snack box, problem solved! I will be ordering from them every year from now on! :)
