I purchased this unit and it is just sitting here blinking at me. I've read the directions, i've pushed every button, i've added things to the cups thinking maybe it needed weight to it before it would start. Nothing. I've unplugged & re-plugged, i can't find a reset switch anywhere. It's just not going to work for me. Back it goes.

Been making protein shakes for years and finally finding a personal 32oz blender has just made things easier. Bought several replacement cups because I plan on having this for years. This model CL401A is a Sam's club model only so just just make sure your replacement parts are compatible with the 7 fins at the bottom of the blender.

I have the BN401 which is similar to this, the difference, mine has 24 oz cups instead of this model's 32 oz cups. Same base motor though. It handles anything I throw at it. I've only owned mine for a couple of weeks, but it's super powerful. Again, it easily blends ice and makes great smoothies. Some people have commented that eventually the fins wear out. We'll see. It is the loudest blender I've owned. You can't use it if people are still sleeping. Well you can, but they won't be sleeping anymore if you do. I can live with that. I paid $50 for mine and this one is going on sale for $39 soon. It's too bad I missed out on the savings, but I think I prefer the 24 oz cups anyway. 32 oz is huge.

This was a replacement for one I had. I absolutely love it . I use it every other day. I would and have recommended it to family and friends.

they are amazing. They stand behind their product and if somethings not right, they will fix it.

does not blend well, IQ is useless, the stop/start feature is pointless, I've had for a few months and am ready to return

This blender is great for smoothies and shakes, has no trouble blending up frozen items. I had a nutri bullet before this and it is not even a comparison in terms of power and functionality.
