Charger port doesn't work unable to charge

got them for my daughter amd she just love yhem and yhe coor

Can I please have an another pair for free the other ones didn't ship correctly.

Music is so clear and the headphones are very comfortable

My daughter got these for Christmas and she absolutely loves them!

The product itself is nice and the price was very good and on sale
