I loved the look of these headphones, and knew they were popular, and made by a good brand, but in 3 days.. less than 4hrs of listening , the top of both of my earlobes, ended up with a raw spot on the top of each of my ears, and scabbed over .. The part that goes on the ear, is small enough, to fit perfectly on my 5, 7, and 12y/o grandchildren !! I hated to return them, but I don’t want to hurt more than usual,, especially for headphones .. They were “on ear headphones , as opposed to “over ear”, which I didn’t know the difference , when buying online .. I just needed a larger earpiece, similar to the JNC brand, on ear headphones .. Although after all of this, I NEEDED headphones , %26 was looking for “over ear” headphones, but hubby found the JNC (think that’s correct) brand, on ear, and they’re a little bit bigger , and do not hurt my ears!! And, they were almost 1-2 the price, made by same company .. just another line .. at least that’s what GROK told me. The return process caused me some trouble .. My Walmart app, said return by Feb.10, which I tried to take them back, but since I was sick, I wasn’t able to drive for a hit, so I unfortunately waited til the last day.. I took everything I was supposed to.. Rechecked the app for return info, but the same store that hand delivered them to me, had a system, that couldn’t take them back. Evidently, typically you have 30days, from date of purchase, but the app did jot fleet that!! Therefore, I had to drive back home .. 25-30 min trip (each way), %26 then had to call 1-800-walmart.. It took about 45mins on phone , after making the trip, waiting for 20mins in store, while they tried to return it for me , and I was told by the 800%23, that I was correct, in what the app told me, and it was an error in the system %26 app, so after some talks with the higher ups, I Finally, they told me to try %26 return to a different store location, and gave me a new scannable barcode , and it worked !! I even got my $$ back from the added warranty protection I got!!
I love the wider range of colors of the BEATS wireless headphones, but the plain c black ones, work great, and are more comfortable to wear!! Love them… just hoping they keep sounding good, and that I don’t have any problems with them!
Thank you to the Bonham, TX store, for trying endlessly to give me a return!! It took some time, but in the end, , it worked out %26 I love them so far!!
