[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally got got new dishwasher installed and up and running so far the product runs beautifully. I very quiet I can’t even tell when it’s running. I love the sound when it done a load of dishes it plays a beautiful little jingle I thinks it’s cute . I have many Samsung appliances in my home and not one has let me down , I have a refrigerator stove washer and dryer I have about 3 tvs and all have worked great . I really enjoy and all them connect to the SmartThings app so I can see when any maintenance has to be done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to wait a little while to to write my review so that I had some time to test out the product and give my honest opinion. There is no doubt that this is a beautiful looking appliance. We even received compliments about it from the guys that delivered and installed it. It has a beautiful sleek looking design to it with the operating buttons hidden when the door is closed so I really love that feature. It has a nice clean look to it. But what is even better is how amazingly quiet the machine is. I actually had to put my ear against the door to be sure that it was running. With our prior machine, we wouldn't do a cycle while we had company over because it was so loud that it was distracting if you were trying to have a conversation. the other features that I like, is the cute little song that plays when the machine has completed a wash and how the door pops open for optimal drying. I do appreciate that its fingerprint resistant as well, especially since we have children. Overall I do love this machine, but so far I'm not super impressed with its cleaning ability. Sometimes we have residue left on items after a wash cycle. This doesn't always happen so maybe I chose the wrong wash cycle? But like I said, I still love the machine and its by far , much better than any other machine i've ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is certainly one of the best dishwashers I've ever had! It is so quiet when it runs I sometimes have to double check if it is actually on. It does a great job cleaning dishes. The smart feature sometimes don't connect automatically so I would have to reconnect it a couple times before it works. Overall great product!

The first arrive damage outside and inside , for it the bottom rack do not operate. The door leak water. The dishes are not spotless clean and the 3rd rack doesn't wash the rest of the food. You need to dry manually the dishes. It is quiet. The design is nice. I do not recommend this dishwasher.

My only complaint is that the front seems to be slightly higher than the back so the two top drawers slowly close themselves. That is annoying when you are trying to load them. We had the company that installed it return and they said it was the way it was built.It cleans well and it is much quieter than our old one.

I got this as a replacement to my previous dishwasher and I have to say this dishwasher sucks. The first month the spray arm on the second rack continuously fell off everytime I pulled the rack out to unload the dishes. After having a tech come out to fix it several times, they finally replaced the whole second rack. Then the auto release wouldn’t release the door fully so all the steam went under my countertops. They “fixed” that and the dishwasher worked for a few months and is now no longer connecting to WiFi, not a big deal, but a nice feature, the auto release is not working again and the full rinse aid light is constantly on even though the rinse aid compartment is full. Of course it’s just outside the warranty date and the extended warranty company is refusing to fix it since it’s a replacement unit, even though they confirmed they would prior to replacement.

haven't used the kitchenaid dishwasher in our home for over 20 years because it was so noisy in our combined kitchen/living room. doing research for many months i decided on the b***h brand because of the amazing reviews and how well it cleaned. #1 importance to me was noise level and this washer is quieter than that competitive model. who knew? as a smartthings home automation geek i loved the idea that it connected to my home automation and i could check the status of the wash on my iphone and when it completed i got an alert on my samsung tv. great features like 3 racks and auto open at the end to let out the remaining moisture. it's soooo quiet! highly recommend.

The best part about this dishwasher is how it syncs with my phone and watch. It sends me alerts when I need to run a self clean cycle. It lets me know when the cycles have been completed, and it uses this self opening door feature to open the door just enough to help the dishes dry faster. It also has this 3rd rack up top for smaller pieces like straws, baby pacifiers, or anything that doesn’t fit right in the traditional washing areas. Truly an amazing piece of equipment.

We've had many other dishwashers with some costing more than twice as much as our Samsung dishwasher. However, none of those performed as well, offered as many options, or cleaned our dishes perfectly each time - streak free! Plus, this dishwasher operates so quietly that we find ourselves questioning whether we started the cycle! I am very, very happy with our choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good dishwasher overall but disappointed with the amount of rewashing we are having to do compared to our older dishwasher. The outer covering also cracked-from what we assume is the heat from the dry cycle-it would’ve cost too much to replace it, so we will deal with it.
