[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher! It is SO quiet! it really does resist fingerprints so stays clean looking much longer. I love the countdown timer on the front. This dishwasher not only looks great but works great too! I am so happy with my selection.

Long story short: after almost one month of wait and repeated phone calls, our dishwasher was still not installed. Finally, I ran out of my patience and ended up returning the order!! Lessons learned: never order appliances from Sam’s Club or Samsung.

By far, this is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It is so quiet I barely even know it's on when it's running. The design is sleek with clean lines and a beautiful interior. Love the third rack and even love the utensil slots to maximize cleaning. You can adjust parts of the top rack based on how wide your glasses are, which is such a unique feature. Our dishes come out so clean!

This was expensive and I am so disappointed. Does not dry dishes well. I ordered stainless they sent dark stainless. delivery was delayed twice and then they did not install. After all that had to pay someone even though delivery was suppose to be included to install and I hate it. Does not hold many dished - set up inside poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my partner told me we were getting another dishwasher and how excited they were by it, I was extremely skeptical. I view buying appliances the same as I do buying printer paper or car parts, something you have to do from time to time but not rewarding or exciting. I don’t buy appliances as a form of retail therapy. So imagine my surprise when the hype about this dishwasher turned out to be true. I’ve always had to pre wash whatever goes into the dishwasher. It often feels like the dishwasher is just there to guarantee that any germs are ultimately cleaned off. Other than newer dishwashers making better use of space, I’ve never actually experienced one doing that much better of a job washing dishes than another. Spoilers: it cleans way better than any other washer I’ve ever used. I don’t know if it’s that linear sprayer thing at the bottom but it’s just different. And it’s quiet! I can’t declare loudly enough how quiet it is. My mother’s dishwasher is so loud you really can’t have a conversation in the same room with her as she’s already a little deaf. I can’t really even hear that the Samsung is on. But back to how it washes, I really like how you can add extra cleaning power to the upper or lower racks. We cooked a very large meal last week and again, I was still skeptical that it could handle some of the more baked in food in the nine by thirteen pans, so I pressed the button to add power to the lower rack and everything came out perfectly. I had know idea before getting it that it had smart WiFi features. I think most “smart” features are just gimmicks but in this case it really saves us time as it messages us when it’s finished so I can get back to the kitchen and start the next load if need be without running back and fourth to the kitchen. We’ve had ours a few weeks now and I’ve seen no increase in electrical usage on our bill. It’s very efficient! Oh, another feature that surprised me was when it finishes cleaning, the door pops open a little to release the steam and moisture and a fan finishes off the drying process. I’ve never seen that sort of feature before. I feel very fortunate to have such a great time saving device. It definitely turned out to be a much more exciting purchase than I had expected! Pros: Quiet Cleans well Efficient WiFi lets you know when it’s done Three racks Powerful jets Cons Would have liked to have more color choices, an option for matching wood facade So to sum up, extremely surprised by how effective this washer is. Extremely quiet. Uncertain what if any features it’s missing that I would want or need.

I chose this dishwasher because of the many features (including smart features to monitor the progress). So far I am extremely pleased with this purchase. I knew that it was supposed to be a quiet dishwasher, but I was shocked at just how quiet. If it wasn't for the LED display on the front showing how much time remained on the wash, I would pass right by the dishwasher and not even know it was running! I also like how it automatically opens a little bit at the end of the wash to vent and allow the dishes to dry much more quickly. Overall great product that I would recommend.

My only disappointment is that the dished and silver wear are NOT dry when finished! I have tried every cycle, but I still have to dry dishes & forks & spoons! I even waited over night to open!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent cleaning dishwasher. The "linear wash" feature appears to work just fine. I wasn't sure if it was an innovation or a gimmick, and honestly I still don't know. But it does work at least as good as a normal spinning arm. Everything comes out clean and spotless. The feature where the dishwasher opens after finishing the cycle does appear to help with eliminating damp dishes. The best feature of this dishwasher (besides the appearance) is it is very, very quiet. I have had Bosch, Asko, and Kitchen Aid dishwasher and thought they were all nice and quiet. But this one is virtually silent. Even on the drain cycle it is super quiet. The only noise is sometimes it makes a random hissing noise from the vents at the top, I'm not sure why. It may have something to do with how I have loaded the dishwasher. My one ding on this dishwasher is the tines that separate the dishes aren't the strongest or the best layout. The tines themselves bend fairly easily or they come out of the plastic locks that hold them in place. Compared to Asko dishwashers which use very strong metal tines, these are much more flimsy. But even compared to Kitchen Aid or Bosch they also appear to be weaker and not as well laid out for holding different size glasses and plates. I bought this dishwasher in the Fingerprint Resistant Tuscan Stainless Steel to match my existing Tuscan Stainless oven and fridge. I should mention that there is a very small difference (barely perceptible) between the normal Tuscan Stainless and the Fingerprint Resistance Tuscan Stainless. I think the fingerprint resistant finish is great for keeping a clean look, but is slightly more muted in color.

I've always had the traditional spinning jets of water, but this "water wall" does an amazing job and nothing is left behind. I also enjoy the feature of finish with the door opening slightly to promote drying.

WE brought our dishwasher exactly one year ago today. It was added to our products owned list at that time. It was installed about 2 weeks later. The linear arm does not track well and dishes come out dirty. Warranty expired in September for a machine purchased in November...not even a year of warranty. Have tried several times to do the on-line request for service and the site will not let me go past the first screen.
