1 letdown after another....
this unit does not come with any of the hoses or power cord! why wouldnt you let me know as i purchased it? not only does the cable not come with, it has to be installed, not just attached or plugged in, i mean installed by electrician! also the drawers dont fit??? also, the instructions are severly lacking in detail! i have tried to go online to find out what power cord or hoses to buy and i cannot figure it out...why not put a link to the required parts that are not included? or put a link where i can buy them since it is a requirement apparently!

Many great features
I bought this as a gift for my parents because theirs was on the fritz and now im jealous and i want one now. You can set it to your phone and it will tell uou when the dishes are dirty or clean in case you forget if you started it, among other things. You can adust the prongs in the dishwasher to best accommodate your dish needs. It has many jets for optimum cleaning. It has 3 different drawers. When the dishwasher is done it will automatically pop open to release the steam. Extremely quiet.
Horrible installation.
The dishwasher is fine. The installation was horrible. The installers left without showing us hwo to use the dishwasher, and we discovered that they did not level the dishwasher. They sent the same installer back out and he leveled the dishwasher but did not put in the screws to keep the dishwasher from moving around. They setup another service. They called the morning of the install and said they were on their way. At 5:00 pm they canceled without calling us. The dishwasher itself works ok. It is very quite.

Excellent Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We hadn’t planned on replacing our existing dishwasher as it worked well and was very quietly. However when we got our new Samsung Slide in Induction stove and new Samsung over the range Microwave the salesman also asked us if we wanted to replace our dishwasher? He showed us the new Samsung dishwasher and that it was top of the line for a very good price we decided to get the dishwasher as well. I’m so glad we did as it has better features (including a top third rack for silverware) and it’s even quieter and much more efficient than the old one. The “Auto Cycle” determines how much washing is required and adjusts the cycle times automatically. I love the fact that it’s Wi-Fi connected and lets me not only see when it’s completed but also opens the door of the dishwasher and helps save energy and money by letting it continue to air dry. We would highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone who needs to replace or buy new appliances. It’s stainless steel inside and out which makes it so quiet you hardly hear it running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this dishwasher! Samsung does it again! The delivery guys said that this dishwasher was top of the line and boy they were not kidding. It has superior Cleaning power. The bottom left rack is what they call “Zone Booster” which I believe means more water power is focused on that specific area. Also if you need to there is a Hi-Temp wash feature. Personally I run it on Normal with sanitize selected. The run time is 3:02 but when it gets to 2:52 it jumps to 2:31, not 100% sure of what to make about that. The first time I turned the machine on I checked a few times to make sure it was running. I have never heard a dishwasher (or actually not hear!!!) run this quiet. I watched the display numbers decreasing so I knew it was running. The design is timeless. It will look perfect in your kitchen for years to come. There are no extravagant gadgets that you need to worry about the fad going out of style. All the control buttons except the power button are sensitive to the touch. You only need to press ever so slightly. I opted to keep the sound on so the machine plays a little jingle when it starts and plays another jungle upon completion. This dishwasher has THREE racks!!! Yes 3. The top rack is perfect for the odd shaped items like a spatula or jar lids. The middle rack has three different glass positioning options. I am utilizing the glass and small coffee cup on the left and the glass and large coffee cup on the right. Under the middle rack spins a bar that shoots out water to clean. This rack is also height adjustable if you need to put a large pot on the bottom. The middle rack also has a slight locking feature to prevent the rack from rolling out. The thing I like the best about the bottom rack is how you can fold down some of the plate holders to make the space larger. Lastly on the bottom rack are two large cutlery bins that hold a total of 80 pieces. My dishes and glasses come out of the wash sparkling like new. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely! Would I purchase another Samsung appliance in the future? Absolutely.

Awful product
in 2018, we remodeled our kitchen/laundry. we bought all samsung appliances. we were pleased with the features, but the quality, warranty, and repair process has been horrible. within 6 months, our dishwasher broke. after multiple expense appointments, samsung said the tub cracked, they blamed the retailer, and the retailer accused samsung. no one helped us, and we had to purchase a new one. next, our wash machine stopped working and the quote to fix it cost more than a new one. again, bought a new one. on christmas eve 2020, our oven wouldn't heat. it took a week to have our 1st appointment. it's jan. 28, and we're on our 4th appointment, and it's still broken. 1/23/21 our refrigerator/freezer completely stopped working – still waiting for an appointment. don’t purchase samsung.

Love it so far!

Buyer beware
just after the one year warranty expired, this dishwasher started to display several error codes and wouldn't complete a cycle. many parts/repair attempts were unsuccessful at getting it working. do yourself a favor and purchase a more trustworthy brand.

If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. And if your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty. Take it from a Samsung fan - Don’t do it
Do not buy this dishwasher. We’ve only owned this unit for 3 years. The leaking error was a constant annoyance that interrupted wash cycles. We thought it to be a trivial annoyance until we decided to replace the unit. The leaking damaged our expensive hardwood floors. I’m talking not just water damage but substantial mold growth beneath the floors. Luckily our subfloor and cabinets were not significantly damaged. But I think I’m done with Samsung kitchen appliances.

Broke down in 1 week
Only got to use the dishwasher 1 week before it gave an error code that made it stop working altogether. I'm getting the run around from the warranty service provider and have been without the use of the dishwasher longer that I've had it. This is ridiculous. Something brand new should not breakdown in 1 week with pump failures. Now I have no idea when I'm going to have a working dishwasher because repair people are telling me all different things and saying they can't get the parts right now.
