Because they sent it and right away had to be repaired small issue they didn’t set the bearing right on top rack and it fell apart. So it was more of a final check that for them a 4.7 instead of a 5. Love it this works great. Had to get use to it popping open when done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy a Samsung Dishwasher, they are not a good quality machine. We purchased one when we did our remodel. The unit never cleaned the dishes. Repairs were attempted several times without fixing it. The unit was eventually replaced with one that worked to wash the dishes. Only this one now starts on it own because of some error code. I have to reset the main breaker in the panel to get the code to clear. Never again

The motor for the water wall did fail after a few years which was really unfortunate, would have been nice if they'd send the part under warranty instead of making you pay for the repair man and then get the part free of charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it a couple months ago, doesn’t clean the best on normal cycle, I have it set on heavy, sometimes that doesn’t work well either. My old on worked better and it was 25 years old! Very disappointed with this one!

The third rack on top is great for those pesky shaped turners, spatulas, and large chili scooters! It's sooooo quiet in the beginning I wondered if it was even on! Super stoked to have this to finish off my Samsung kitchen appliances in SS.

very, very quiet. compared to the old one of 20 years. does a great job on the dishes. i did notice that on a normal setting, that it takes about two and a half hours to wash the dishes. the long run time is something i am not used to. great wifi features and does a great job with pots.

The Wifi and Smart things app work great together, I'm even notified on my Samsung 82" tv that the dishwasher is done. Also, it looks great with my Samsung Range and Family Hub Refrigerator. I highly recommend this dishwasher along with all the other Samsung appliances.

Samsung Top Control Smart Dishwasher w/ AquaBlast Very quiet. Cleans well. when the upper arm stays in place. However, like many other reviewers noted, the upper arm keeps falling off. It will not clean properly if the arm falls off. I have not found a resolution. If I do, I will probably upgrade to 5 stars.

first thing i noticed, i could not put my glasses in with the second rack in highest position without it hitting third rack and knocking glasses over and not closing all the way. if i put second rack in lower position then i can’t put my 11” inch plates in bottom rack without the water sprayer hitting plates. i ended up taking the top rack out in order to fit my glasses and plates. i have not used it enough to review the performace for cleaning dishes yet.

We had high hopes for this dishwasher, but unfortunately, it's a lemon. We have had to call out service technicians three times for an LC code malfunction. We had wondered why the product was so heavily discounted by Sam's, but believed the "electronics month super sale" type marketing. Caveat emptor -- next time, we will be much more skeptical about such a marked-down bargain. They have our money now, and there's nothing to be done.
