[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an old tired model with this new Samsung Linear wash dishwasher and I couldn't be happier. It is easy to load, the drawers slide effortlessly and it holds an astonishing amount of dishes. I can put my largest pots, pans and plates in the bottom with room for smaller items in the two upper trays. It is cavernous! Dishes always come out spotlessly clean and the auto-open feature helps with drying to avoid water spots on our glassware. it even plays a nice song when it is finished. As for looks, it fits wonderfully into our kitchen style and gives a modern refresh to our replaced unit. I can't recommend it any more highly

Worked okay for almost 2 years and looks like will work for another year or so. The plastic parts in it are very cheap. Even with very gentle placement of the dishes some plastic parts are already broken or bent. The racks can also be easily bent when placing or removing the dishes. You have to be very gentle. Worst of all, it started leaking occasionally from the right side of the front panel, but of course, right after the useless 1 year warranty ended. We'll see how long we can live with the occasional leaks. We decided to buy Samsung appliances when we remodeled our kitchen and we already regret it. Had issues with the fridge also. Probably we won't be getting anything Samsung anymore.

This one works amazing i never thought my dishes could get that clean. They are almost brand new! Love that i can start it from my phone too! Not to mention it is so quiet!

I bugged my wife for almost a year to replace it with the Samsung Linear she finally agreed after having to wash the dishes after running the dishwasher. The Samsung is so quiet and actually washes the dishes; what a novel concept.

Reodered it only to match my existing samsung appliances. Next my house I will go with different brand.

You must hit a button on dishwasher for it to become " Smart ". Thus taking away the reason you have an App to Control. My Oven is the same way. Its a shame. Double oven is also a joke. Its a phony Double oven. :(
