[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dishwasher is very quiet, and spacious which is nice, but I keep forgetting to check the upper tray for silverware and I keep thinking I’m running out and need to buy more. Also, my family keeps opening it while it is running to take things out and don’t realize that they didn’t turn it back on, because it is so quiet. The silverware baskets are hard to put back in if taken out.

Love how quiet it is and how it has so many options. Love how it connects to smart things to alert you on your phone and love the tunes that it has for starting up and shutting down, etc. Very happy with this purchase!!!

When I say that you cant hear it when it is on, I mean that you absolutely CAN NOT hear it. It is deadly silent and on several occasions, I thought it wasn't running and I went to open it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a world of difference a new dishwasher can do!! This dishwasher has many important features that I would love to touch base on. Some are not necessary but make life easier. First, my dishes repeatedly come out of the dishwasher cleaner than I have seen them before. I really like the dishwasher and all the added bonus features. Lets start with my favorite feature: The Auto Release door. This is a new feature I am seeing added on several dishwashers. My husband always laughs at me before I would always leave the dishwasher door open a crack after it was done to just air dry the dishes better. I love that this is now automatically happening, as if it is reading my mind! Just great feature all around, saves energy useage by allowing the dishes to dry a little more air drying. The flexible 3rd rack is another great addition that is being added to a lot of newer dishwashers. I personally love using this rack for yeti cup lids, coffee cup lids, kid lids. I don't feel like they get clean being put in the silverware tray and I feel most dishwashers they fall through the middle (top) rack. I have found they get really clean in the top tray. I also use this tray for cooking utensils and knifes/sharp objects. So far after many washes that past 2 weeks I have noticed everything getting clean. The bottom rack has adjustable options to change the shape to allow larger or smaller items in the bottom rack. The middle rack adjusts up and down if you need to add taller cups. I like the wine glasses can stand up in this rack and not be sideways. I feel like the linear wash is a very efficient clean. I feel like it really hits every angle and item in the dishwasher to give the best clean possible. The silverware trays are removable if you did not need both you can remove one or both to make more room for larger items. Now the bonus feature I really love, the Smart Connectivity. Just a connivence but I often load the dishwasher get it all ready and want to start it in the evening but forget. This is where this feature comes in handy, I can easily just go to the SmartThings App on my phone and start the dishwasher for me! I can remotely check on the cycle if needed too. One other feature that I low is how quite this dishwasher is. I can barely hear it running except when it is draining water. Overall, very happy with this dishwasher and the clean dishes I have now!

I love this dishwasher, and I would recommend Samsung to anybody. I bought all at same time . Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Washer and Gas dryer, Microwave. Microwave noiser then I would like when it first starts. But I love all of my Samsung appliances.

This is the first very quite dishwasher I ever had in my life. I like how it was design and looks perfect in our kitchen. But I like more the best how features work and very easy to use. No residue and dishes are spotless so I’m really happy we were able to find a product like this that change everything. My wife and kids are happy because its different from what we used to have for years. This is the best dishwasher for life for my family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago..I love that it's so quiet but what I don't like is that the pans don't always come clean and I have to rewash by hand..Don't understand as I didn't have to do that with my old one which was 15 years old. Maybe I'm loading wrong but did what book said to do for loading.

we purchased this dishwasher 8 months ago to match an induction cook top and double wall oven. i've always had good experiences with samsung products but regret the purchase of this dishwasher. it looks great and is super quiet but does not clean the dishes well. i had a bosch with a top rack for cutlery which i loved but this one is so poorly designed. knives fall over no matter how we place them, things slide out of position when you slide the rack back in. this seems to contribute to cutlery coming out dirty. we will be replacing it as soon as possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans and allows you to organize plates, cups, goblets, dinnerware, etc.. Runs extremely quietly and you wouldn’t know if it didn’t play a tune at the finish as well as notify my iPhone. Great appearance too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered in June of 2020, delivered in October of 2020 and it is damaged. It was still all wrapped up and went to install it and there is a huge dent in the front. This was done at the factory and packaged this way, very disappointed in quality control. Our new fridge was damaged too! Here I have paid for appliances I can’t use.
