[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this dishwasher for more than one and half year now. Quick delivery and installation, and it works as advertised. Very quiet, I work from home and my office is right next to the kitchen and I can run the dishwasher during the meetings and no one knows. So far the dishwasher has been quite good, I love the automatic door opening after the washing, I had to do that manually with my old dishwasher and it was one of the main reasons why I bought this. I am not a big fan of using the heating functionality in the dishwasher too much, it's just a waste of energy when a regular air dry can do the exact same job just taking longer time. I also like that it helps with the humidity during winter time as well. My only dislike so far is that sometimes the the top most rack doesn't get cleaned that well, meaning I have to cleaned the utensils and no sticky food/heavy oil residue before the washing. I don't have that issue at the other two racks, except for plastic container that is too oily. There tends to have some oil residual on the plastic containers, so I also had to clean them up twice or preclean them first.

I highly recommend this product for consumers with a busy household. It is easy to operate and also advises you when it requires a self cleaning. The exterior stainless is very easy to keep clean. The dishwasher is amazingly quiet when operating. I am able to conduct business without a concern for any noise at all. A must have!

I’ve had Samsung repair out here at least 2 times and they cannot find a problem. Otherwise the dishes are spotless and I can fit way more in the dishwasher. Love the 3rd rack.

The third rack is perfect and being able to adjust the height on the middle deck has been used many more times than expected. Worth the price.

It’s got a third rack and even though the outside dimensions are the same as my old dishwasher the new dishwasher holds more dishs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, let me say this dishwasher is beautiful. It looks very sleek and clean. You don't see any buttons on the front of the dishwasher as they are all on the top of the door hidden out of sight. The only thing you see on the front, is the countdown timer for the load you are washing. This is very nice as you can get an idea of how much time is left before the load is done. Now to the title. This thing is quiet. So quiet, that you aren't sure that it is even working. However, once the load is finished, you find out that it has cleaned all the dishes as if a dish ninja was in there going to town on everything. Our previous dishwasher was only 2 years old and was so loud you could hear it upstairs and it would vibrate the dang house, but not this little stealth dishwasher. This also has a plethora of space inside with the two main drawers. The bottom can hold your plates and silverware, but can also accommodate bigger pans as well, with the ability to push down part of the plate holders flat. It also has a zone on the bottom, that has a boost mode that will spray extra hard in that area for those hard to clean dishes. On the second drawer, you have room for your bowls if you so choose in the middle of the drawer and your cups around that. It also accommodates wine glasses, with a little flip down holder that will point the glass down towards the spray jets. The last pull-out is the flex zone. This area is meant for knives, bigger utensils, and more silverware if you have so much that it doesn't fit below. Another really cool feature of this dishwasher, is the fact that it will pop open the door auto-magically at the end of the cycle and let the steam out, allowing for better drying of the dishes, which is a nice touch. Besides being beautiful, ninja quiet, and having tons of space, it is also smart! As with most of Samsung's newer products, you can have this bad boy connect to your wireless and add it to your Samsung smart things app. This is very nice, because it will alert you when a cycle is completed. You can also set what cycle you want it to use and see statistics of the dishwasher from smart things. It even has washing recipe's for your dishes. You can tell it what you are washing and it will tell you what the most efficient way to wash them is. It also has a loading guide in the app that can show you how to load the dishes for the best cleaning. All in all, we love our new dishwasher and glad we made the purchase.

Best part -- It is SO QUIET that I don't even know it's running! First time I ran it, I had to stand next to it to listen to see if it was actually working. Does it work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for about 5 months now, its a great washer, it does its function really well and the integration with SmartThings allows me to see when it needs a cleaning cycle or Rinse aid is needed. I would highly recommend this washer.

This dishwasher outshines all the competition. I love the third shelf and also the opening of the door before the end of the cycle to cool and dry the dishes. So quiet and best of all everything comes out sparkling clean. Suggest fitting by qualified plumber.

Unbelievable piece of garbage this machine has been. It cleans great when it works. The moisture sensors are giving errors every few days and have to clean dishes by hand until the sensor dries out. Main issue has been the leaks from the door. The door never latches like its supposed to and it leak from the door seal every other day. Sometimes its small leak and sometimes a big puddle on the tiles in the morning ( we run it at night). At this point. even a full refund wont make it right. This is supposed to be your best dishwasher. It is just terrible. Samsung- do better.,
