[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the dishwasher for several months now and and are very satisfied. Large capacity, easy to use, dishes come out very clean and you absolutely do not know it is running as it is so quiet.

It has taken a little bit to figure out the best settings and our current every day plates (11 1/4 inches) make it hard to leverage all three tray features. The strangest thing about the dishwasher is that it automatically opens when the cycle is complete on normal setting. Maybe this is normal today but I was surprised when it happen to me the first time. this feature also makes the door a little harder to lay flat when loading the lower basket. If you are not familiar with Samsung's Smart Thing App , which we were from other appliances you should review to make sure it meets your need. As the appliances will go offline when not in use. Which is a safety feature that I approve of.. We really do like the dishwasher and recommend it. I just included the items that I wish I knew before selecting a dishwasher. 4 out of 5 because I believe that the marketing (plate size,door technology etc) and user manual information can be updated.

The chimes are a little spooky at first because you don’t know where they’re coming from. We have had an electrical issue though within our first few months, but it was repaired and we will see how long it will last.

I bought this dishwasher back in May, at the 3rd month exactly we started to get error lights (LC) which apparently is a drain error. And started leaking from the front door. I have scheduled a repair that is coming next week, but after reading all the other comments, I am starting to lose hope in Samsung's ability to repair.

I’ve primarily used the express 60 min program and even with the shorter run time, my dishes are shiny and clean. I love the top rack for flatware and that so many of the prongs are adjustable for different sized dishes. Also the filter is easy to access and clean.

Only thing we noticed is that the placement of the item matters in determining how clean the item will get. The auto release function is cool, but doesn’t provide enough drying to prevent hard water marks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had it for a year and I can say it does a great job on dishes and is very quiet. Unfortunately we have had two warranty claims, once of which took four visits to correct. So I am concerned about how long it will really last. Get an extended warranty and if you are okay with some bugs, it is a solid buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this machine for about 1 month when the control panel display stopped working. The buttons did turn on the machine but I was not able to know what cycle was given. The repair person did the repair about a week after we called the problem in. He had the required part to repair the problem. When the repair was done he would not reinstall the unit because as he stated "it is a liability" that he was not wanting to take. I reattached the machine to the cabinet trim myself. After this repair the same issue happened again. The second repair was done about the same as 1st. Dishwasher is now working as it should have to start with. It has been working well for about 3 months.

Not only is it a beautiful machine with its sleek, modern design but the black Stainless Steel color goes with pretty much any style of kitchen. I love that the finish of it is fingerprint resistant, making it super easy to clean. As a stay at home Mom who already has tons to clean, that is a huge plus in my book. I also love that there is no outside handle and that the control panel is at the top of the machine. I no longer have to worry about walking by it and nudging it and having it turn on accidentally. The first time I used the dishwasher, I had to keep double checking that it was actually on & working. It is ridiculously quiet and if it wasn't for the noise coming from my sink, I would have never known it was on. My kids decided to name it the Ninja dishwasher because it is so quiet while it is washing the dishes. It has lots of space for all our dishwashing needs and with the Zone Booster setting, you can easily set it to wash both your delicate glassware and your tough and heavy pots and pans, all in one wash. Washing dishes in my home has now become something my kids fight over doing. They all want to get their turn to load it and turn it on. I have absolutely no complaints about this dishwasher. If you are shopping around for a great dishwasher that can do it all, definitely take a look at this one. It is wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple months ago and so far it’s done wonderfully. I will say at first it did scare me though. It started saying it was leaking (false alarm) but after resetting it, it stopped. As far as people saying it doesn’t clean well. We haven’t had this issue but we also rinse off our dishes first to prevent the dishwasher from getting super dirty and blocked up with food so that may be why.
