The connectivity with Samsung Smartthings is nice to monitor the current wash cycle, self cleaning history. Energy usage, loading guide, and even customize the wash settings.

The fit and finish of this model is outstanding; its beautiful on the inside and out. The rack slides and rollers are sturdy and operate very smoothly in and out. The dishes are clean and spotless after every load. We've been extremely satisfied with our decision to buy this model.

I was talked into this dishwasher and I am so thankful that I was. You can not even hear this thing running. I can't believe how quiet it is. It does an amazing job on the dishes as well. A++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In honesty, I find that this dishwasher is by far one of the best dishwashers I have used. Now, there are a few things I found remarkable with this device. For starters, it is silent. Most dishwashers now days are extremely loud. Luckily, this one goes against the definition of sound. For example, I usually hang around my living room all day. However, I completely hate it when I hear my dishwasher ruin moments/my thought process, (because I think a lot in my head). This dishwasher completely changed that for me. It is hard to explain it, but it is like it is not even there. Next, for those who may seem to care for the looks rather operation, the design itself fits more for a modern house setting. The design of the model is very interesting. It comes in this nice, modern typed look that could fit in for most houses. For those who want to see nice fashionable devices in their house, this right here is one of those key elements that can help you out. Another thing I found well with this device was the way the setup was made. For instance, the structure of the buttons. It was rather easier to set things out with the Dishwasher, input what type of setting I wished for the dishwasher to complete. Look, let me be honest here… I am no human of technology, but somehow, Samsung was able to call my reach and help me out with that. Easy buttons in simple snaps. Nowadays I see weird confusions with dishwashers I am not sure about how to even start! At first, I was confused about where the buttons were. I looked around and saw that the controls were on the top side of the drawing door, which seemed pretty simple after I found it. I would say, give it a shot. It is worth your time, and definitely worth the money. It is hard to explain, but in simple words, it just works.

If you are going to buy this make sure to buy an extended warranty. Mine died at 3.5 years of life :( The problem is with their water wall, after use the seal gets damaged and starts to leak which causes the dishwasher to trip. This part might be covered under the 5 year part warranty but you have to use their service which is min 150trip fee plus 60n hour just to tell you what's wrong then another free and hourly for install of the part. Don't buy it. If you are here because your dishwasher keeps tripping you will need part dd97-0048d I bought a new house and bought all Samsung, fridge, induction, microwave, hood, washer and dryer, dishwasher etc. Really hoping the other ones don't start to break.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced a 15 year old Bosch, which was very good in its time, but was getting very loud and stopped drying dishes. Delivery was quick. I installed the dishwasher in no time at all with the included hardware. Ran several test washes and the first real was with dishes and this thing is so quiet. I had to put my ear right next to it to hear anything. So far the dishes are coming out very clean and dry. No complaints after about 3 weeks of use. Easy to connect to the Samsung app and control it there. Kinda handy. The only thing I will note, this model pops the door open at the end of the cycle to finish drying and provides a screen protector like film to put under the countertop to stop moisture from damaging the wood. This film would not stick to our underside countertop. We ended up applying several layers of polyurethane and letting it dry before installing. So far no water has appeared to soak into the countertop. Will update this review if anything changes.

The first time I ran it I was so excited about the fact that I couldn't even hear it running. The second time I had to run it I waited until my husband was with me so that I could let him listen for the quiet!!

I really like all the features that Samsung put into this whisper quiet dishwasher. I like that you can lay down portions of the lower racks to accommodate big pots or appliances. It is handy having both the silverware basket and upper tray as I tend to use that more for lids and the basket for silverware. Great to have the length of time on the cycle displayed both on the top panel and the front facing -no chance of opening while it's still mid-cycle (it's THAT quiet!). I also appreciate the venting feature as it makes it easier to unload the dishwasher quickly since the items have had a chance to cool down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new and shiny dishwasher is awesome! It replaced our very old and run down one. It is very easy to open. Has a lot of room inside for lots of dishes much better than the one we had. It is very quiet and our dishes are cleaned so well. I really like the utensil basket. It holds many different things other than utensils that need to be cleaned and don't get tossed all around inside. We don't have spots on our dishes nor do we need to run it more than once so that everything gets cleaned. Not as fingerprint resistant as it claims though :(
