Ample space to load items. I think it’s so cool that the door pops open during the last few minutes of the cycle to assist with drying. Best part is I can use this and all my Samsung appliances with the SmartThings app!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher is so quiet that you don’t even know it’s on. I saw my wife start the dishwasher from her cell phone, and I was at awe. It has a beautiful modern sleek look and the best part is that it’s fungerpr resistant. My wife did a load and when it was done, we noticed the door was open. We looked in the paperwork and it said that it’s for extra drying. The dishes were sparkly when she took them out. I guess the second step is a good feature. This is a strong but sleek dishwasher. Can’t wait to do my dishwasher duties!!

this thing does not clean dishes anywhere near as well as my old dishwasher did. often have to run it twice to get things clean. the automatic door release at end of cycle broke after the dishwasher was used only four times. a tech came out to replace the part and said that he was "fixing one of these almost every day." it lasted for two days, and broke again. there are apparently many people with this same problem. the unit is now 10 months old, the door release still works intermittently, but now the much marketed "linear wash" system has completely stopped working, and as a result the dishwasher no longer cleans dishes. what a piece of junk this thing is, i'll now be spending even more money on purchasing an extended warranty for this lemon, because clearly i'm going to need it.

Starting us off let's just look at design. As a adult man, who has never cared for dishwasher in the past, this thing got me excited. Fingerprint resistant finish that actually works and of course matched perfectly with the rest of my kitchen. Once you get past looks the design internally is even better. Offers an additional shelf for bigger utensils or whatever you need it for. It has little red hooks that allow for so much functionally like bigger plates, pots or pans. It even allows you to raise or lower the middle rack so simply put if you have a weirdly sized or shaped thing it can be washed with ease in this dishwasher. Than we jump into performance and I need to start off by saying my expectations in this category where mixed. I have had other units on both spectrums of price points and was dissatisfied with both. They always sacrificed something to get something. An example would be sacrificing performance for looks which is a poor trade off. I thought this may be the same so I let the dishes piles up, I also left food on pots and pans so I could give it the toughest challenge. That's where it got interesting first, the noise it emitted was non existent. I'm talking non-existent you could be right in front of it and hear nothing. My mother in law was over and we were showing her and she said she could hear a tiny fountain we had in the hallway more than she could hear this dishwasher. I of course love that because I work from home so when I'm trying to focus on something any bit of noise can be distracting and knowing I could pull up my work in the kitchen and not have to worry was a blessing in my house. Though back to performance, when we took out those hard to clean dishes they were.... clean! Now I did try to rig it to make it difficult but I also utilized the Smartthings App which had tips and tricks on how to load it efficiently and how to program the dishwasher to make it as fair as possible. Yeah, it crushed my needs cleaned everything I needed off with that zone booster section. To wrap up, do I recommend this product and that is an astounding yes. I'm actually annoyed I couldn't find anything wrong with it. I am a simple guy and the reason why I choose this was because I wanted something of quality in a brand I trust. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the point of a dishwasher doing its job well, is to not have anything to say about it - which I don't. We knew what we were getting aesthetically and specifically chose this model for its clean front and pocket handle; it did not disappoint. It's incredibly incredibly quiet, much like we expected from its rating, but I don't think we realized just HOW quiet 39dBA was until we went to operate it for the first time and my wife thought it was not turning on. It's about 18 months in and running well, at one use per week, so time will tell, but we really really enjoy this model.

Purchased 9/22/2022 and almost exactly after the 1-year warranty ended we’ve had nothing but problems. LC error constantly and now it’s not draining. Plumber says it’s not plumbing. Never should have bought this and completely regret not going with a tried and true kitchen appliance brand. I do not recommend this product. Spend your money on a dishwasher you know will work for more than a year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher. It's very quiet while running. The third shelf is great for spatulas, jar lids and other small items. Glassware comes out sparkling clean and tough baked on foods are scoured away in the power zone. Glad I selected this model
