[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced our 4 year old Frigidaire basic dishwasher with the Samsung Linear Wash 39db dishwasher and couldn’t be more happier. The Samsung dishwasher works very well, when it’s on and running you can actually watch tv/movie without it being part of the sound effects. With the Smart Things app you can control it and view when you need to run the clean cycle which is helpful. The fit and finish is excellent, very modern and it shows how much time is left to finish a cycle. Love the ample space and third tack for additional items. The dishes, cups, pans, etc. come out very clean, I’ve never had any issues so far with dirty dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a couple months ago. Overall the dishwasher is pretty good. It back fills with water and the previous one I had never did. Plumber has been out twice. He says the pipes to and from the washer are fine, not clogged. So, really not sure if it is this dishwasher or something else. I do not like the layout of the bottom rack as much as I did my previous washer.

Nothing but problems from this one. It’s messed up our counter and now it needs to be replaced. Now it won’t dry, since the auto release made the steam hit our under counter and turned it to mush, now they won’t dry at all. Today, we are having a problem with it draining and it won’t drain. We have had this for two years, have had it fixed twice, replaced once, and I’m about to throw this one in the garbage. It’s junk. Don’t not buy! After this, I will prob never buy another Samsung product again. They need to stick to electronics, not appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design, the dark stainless looks very sleek. I love how quiet it is and how quickly you can run a load on Rapid Clean. The cleaning cycle is always very effective. My middle rack is adjustable on the track, and it has unhooked a couple of times when I was sliding it out.

We bought all Samsung appliances for our new house we are building. Since we bought the appliances before the house was complete they were not installed right away. After we were able to move in and start using the dishwasher it made it to 103 loads before we got a PC error code. We contacted Samsung and due to the fact that the dishwasher purchase date was over a year we were out of warranty even though the dishwasher has only been in use for less than 5 months. Now we can pay $95 to get the unit looked at and then another minimum of $120 plus parts to fix. This is absolutely unacceptable for a product and looking at other reviews this appears to be a common issue for Samsung. It's unfortunate that their customer service and product are this substandard and also a very good reason to consider other brands before Samsung.

i had highest hopes for my samsung top control 39-decicel built-in dishwasher with aquablast, dw80r9950us. however, since purchasing it in april 2021, i have had to call out samsung service 3 times for the same problem, an lc error code. it is very inconvenient to be without my dishwasher for weeks at a time while waiting for service. i'm afraid this one is a lemon. it works well -- when it is working, but i have been washing dishes by hand!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes me two or three times of pressing the Power button to turn on the dishwasher, but that's really my only complaint. I wonder if this is a common issue since it really doesn't make any sense that the Power button is the only one I have trouble with on the entire panel. It's incredibly quiet when cycling and I appreciate the various setting options. I love the look of it and the Tuscan Steel color is absolutely gorgeous. I hope to collect the rest of my kitchen appliances in the same color within a year.

multiple problems with the leak detector sensor in under 2 years of ownership. now making a suction sound so have to turn power off at breaker. of course it's out of warranty. i had a whirlpool dishwasher that ran for 15 years with zero problems and not one service visit. setup inside is awkward in terms of what you can load where. bottom line is this thing looks fantastic but is a lousy appliance. i won't buy another samsung appliance of any kind in the future.
