[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far and away the best dishwasher i have ever owned. I have had Bosh and a swedish one can't remember the name and close to 7 others. This one is super quiet and beautiful to look at. Cleans thoroughly.

It does a good job cleaning the dishes, but the parts are so cheaply made. Coming from a Bosch this is a huge step down in quality. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality. Would not purchase a Samsung again I don’t recommend friends.

It is so quite that we can watch TV, play cards or just sit and talk and you just can’t tell that it is running. I also like the network access to the dishwasher and the information it provides. We both know that when we walk up to the dishwasher and the door is open that the dishes inside are clean. I would definitely purchase this dishwasher again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this a little over a month and run it almost everyday through the work week. The loudest part of the cleaning cycle is when it drains into the disposal. It is so quiet it is hard to believe it is working. I was skeptical about the door opening at the end to help dry, but everything comes out with no moisture at all (except plastic containers if the held standing water) and very clean with no debris or streaks.

Bought this a few months ago (maybe 6) and I’m already having problems. The cleaning arm that water comes out of came off. I put it back on but it has come out again so I’ll need to call it in to get service. I love Samsung but this dishwasher is not well made. I wish I’d believed the negative comments I read before spending so much on this. It is quiet and washes well but if a main part is already falling off then I can’t imagine the rest of it will last. Such a disappointment

my wife hand washes dishes before putting them in a dishwasher. after extensive research i bought this dishwasher to save her from this step. she still does it out of habit but i don't and the dishes come out just as clean. i was drawn to this model due to all the features, especially the linear cleaning system. the 3rd rack and wifi connection are an added bonus. this is the quietest dishwasher i've ever owned. you have to look at the display to determine if it's on because it's so quiet. the only downside is the linear bar. occasionally it pops off. when that happens you have to snap it back in place and sometimes rewash the dishes on the lower rack. i've yet to figure out why this happens or a fix. not sure why samsung would design it to come off in the first place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes.... silence is the main feature. I thought the unit wasn't working in the beginning, it turns out it just really quiet. Love it.... wife loves it... easy win. The dishwasher also cleans extreme well.. make sure you follow the loading guide as it is important how you stack your dishes.

So far it has been good and has washed dishes thoroughly. It took us some time to figure out the delivery logistics, we are in MA and purchased the installation, rest be assured, XPO takes care of the logistics to find and provide a licensed plumber

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about 2 months and do indeed love it. I love that the door opens automatically 10 minutes before the end of the cycle to let the moisture and steam out. It does connect to the house wifi and lets you know (via cellphone) as it goes through it's cycles. However, I wish they would update the firmware so that you could stop and start the cycles via smartphone.
