great looking - function and support sucks!
We bought this dishwasher 9 months ago from Sam’s club . It does not wash the vessels after applying the detergent. We called Samsung multiple times and their reps from Outside US keeps saying - somebody will call and nobody has for last 2 months! Please don’t waste your money This is second time this has happened to me With Samsung

Hope it doesn't need service
Had two issues with this dishwasher, one fairly minor, one pretty major. Dealing with Samsung and the local servicing company was the worst experience. Made repair appointments, and the appointments were changed by the local service provider almost every time, they didn't show up twice, totally unresponsive to calls, e mails, or texts. One tech that showed up didn't had to call tech support to find out how to put the dishwasher in service mode. After 2 months of attempted repairs, and having to file a BBB complaint, Samsung refunded the cost of the unit rather than try to find a qualified service company to fix it. Horrible experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM Sam's Club!
DO NOT BUY FROM Sam's Club! Bought from Sam's Club, and 3rd party came to install. They did not install properly. I cannot get 3rd party to come back to fix installation. I cannot get Sam's Club to help do anything any this point. I cannot get Samsung to do a return (they direct me to Sam's Club). This convenient purchase with Sam's Club is quickly going to turn to a small claims case, because of the atrocious 3rd party installer they choose to use, and choose not to (or can't) hold accountable.

Excellent dishwasher BUT poor delivery and install
The dishwasher works very well. Dishes wash AND dry very well. And you just cant hear it even when you try to. However, RXO, botched the delivery AND installation. They forgot to bring the installation kit the first time. So we could not use the kitchen sink AND without a dishwasher for a day. When the delivery was done the second day, they botched the installation. They did not put in a "high loop" not did they use the preinstalled air gap. So we had to have the installation redone!!!

Delivery and installation is a complete joke!! Customer service also a joke would never recommend appliances through Sam’s. Delivery was scheduled never made it here. Had to reschedule delivery a week after the first failed delivery. Finally got the appliance and to my surprise we didn’t even get a power cord. No parts were included and installation could not be done. I now have a non functioning dishwasher and no sink in my kitchen since installation couldn’t be done. Won’t know how the dishwasher functions until I can get a functioning appliance. Ordered 11/25 and can’t get help from Sam’s

I would not recommend this dishwasher.
This machine does not clean. Even pre-rinsed dishes come out not clean. Totally not worth the money

Awesome dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher a couple on months ago hoping that I had purchased a quality product. I find this dishwasher well exceeded my expectation. The stainless steel interior maintains it's immaculate condition. With three trays it can be well loaded up while maintaining good organization. Everything washes really well, easy to use and the WiFi functions are great. The best is how quiet it is. It hard to tell that it's working..
Just...terrible
This terrible washer came with a home I purchased. After thinking it was my imagination or that I was not pre-soaking/pre-cleaning well enough, I did a test - I put Yogurt in a glass on the second rack, yogurt in a bowl on the first rack. After running on normal/sanitize settings, the yogurt was virtually untouched. I then sprayed the yogurt out with my sink sprayer in a matter of seconds. Really not sure what this machine is doing when I hear water sloshing around for 3 hours - its definitely not cleaning.

Such a pleasant surprise, powerful, nice looking!
installed a few days ago and already tested it pretty hard. love the booster mode, there was a mess after air fry and this dishwasher worked at a+, i used the low left part booster mode and the metal rack came out very clean. the capacity is more than required for an average family. wifi feature tell you exactly what it is doing and when it finish. looks and works great!
