Poor Installation - Dent in Front

Just had our new dishwasher delivered and installed yesterday. The delivery/installation service which Sam’s Club outsources to said they would notify us a half hour before arrival, but there was no warning - they just showed up during the middle of the delivery window. They did quick work with the haul away and installation but left us with a brand new dishwasher that now has a dent in the very front of the stainless steel, and, as we discovered not long after, they failed to tighten a pipe so it leaked when emptying water the first time we ran it. Thankfully one of us discovered the leak or it could have Ben much worse. I’m going to contact Sam’s Club about the dent, but I don’t have very high hopes for resolution with that. Just disappointing overall. Will think twice before making an appliance purchase through Sam’s Club. On a side note, why are most of the reviews for this dishwasher “collected via promotion”? As one who bases their purchase off of reviews, those 5 star promotion purchase reviews definitely do skew the star rating for this product.

worst dishwasher ever broke 3 times before warranty ended (warranty was actually good) once warranty ended, everything slowly fell apart. Do not buy

Garbage, don't buy

Tub warped after 3 months usage breaking seal and causing a leak. Samsung refused to honor warranty because they don't warranty "physical defects". Bad product, horrible company.
