Two years ago I suddenly lost 35 pounds doctor could not find a reason for weight loss. Then I started drinking two a day and my weight has been increasing steadily. Now I have gained almost 50 percent of my weight loss and will continue drinking two a day until my normal weight is attained. Thank you so much for this wonderful great tasting product. Once I reach my normal weight I will continue drinking chocolate ensue but only one a day

This is a great vitamin supplement taken in the mornings helps to take my medications. After the operation and home therapy I spent over 4 year going to the gym 3 days a week then reduced this to doing my hobby of woodworking- making furniture.

I started drinking Ensure several bottles a day and gained my strength back. I enjoyed it so much that I still had rather drink it than eat food. It is the very best supplement on the market. I keep A good supply in my refrigerator at all times.j

I usually drink my first Ensure of the day first thing in the morning and to me it’s a great way to start the day. I enjoy all of the flavors but the one I keep coming back to is the vanilla. When I first starting to drink Ensure, I expected some sort of aftertaste. I was pleased to discover that this is not the case

Every morning, she starts her day off with Ensure as she loves the chocolaty taste and often says it is a milk chocolate shake!! She feels full and it takes her through the morning until lunch! In addition, Ensure has good nutritional value which is important at any age!!

For the most part it is a great between meal snack and/or a meal substitute completely. My biggest complaint is that it would seem that this flavor is being phased out - I am not able to locate in local stores and I am being told these stores cannot order it.

So overall this product has saved my life in eating disorder recovery. It was all I was able to tolerate in the hospital and in residential treatment. It was a great way to get the nutrition that I needed and I still drink it even though I am out of treatment because I am now a freshman in college and don't always have time. I am a little concerned at the sugar content and if that is a normal amount of sugar. If one bottle has 15g and one meal is at least two, That means you consume 90g of sugar at least a day if you have six servings. I don't know if anyone else has thought about this I am just curious you know?
