I have only been drinking Ensure for a short time, but I can already tell that I feel better, and have more energy for the things that I enjoy. I am looking forward to trying some of the other flavors. I am 68 and need to get the vitamins and minerals that I need. This is a product that I will absolutely recommend to my friends.

My daughter arranged the Ensure in refrigerator in order that I could get it for myself. Because I could no longer see made me totally dependent on my family. But with the shape and convenient size it is easy to find. One thing I learned to do without calling someone for help. This is not much unless you are blind. I love the vanilla. Tried other favors keep coming back to vanilla. Reminds me of a vanilla milk shake. Very satisfying !

I drink this as a replacement meal, and believe me when I say it's so yummy that you'll forget that it's packed with tons of nutrition! One Ensure and some fruit and I'm ready for the rest of my day. On days when I can get away for an hour lunch, I sometimes just have an Ensure for breakfast.
