[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the strawberry Ensure, although other flavors are good too, but I just love the strawberry. It is great to take for the vitamins in it. Also, when I am hungry, but have a lot to do, or someplace to go, I take one drink quick and it is filling, so I don't have to take time to fix a sandwich or something. Great for in-between snack.

I tried many flavors and decided the chocolate was for me. I like it room temperature but in the summer I enjoy a little slushy I leave it in the freezer and it also helps to beat the heat. She liked the taste and started drinking it as long as I was with her and drunk it along with her. She pasted in 2004 and I miss her so very much today. I am now 68 and I started drinking Ensure in 2017 and find that it gives me the get up energy to start my day and keep going and plus it gives me the added nutrition that I miss throughout the day. I do recommend that everyone try it and I know that they will like it. The taste it very good and it has just the right nutrition we need.

Then my son-in-law had major stomach surgery and couldn't eat solid food.
