[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Dark Chocolate Ensure. It is great, and tastes like a milkshake. I sometimes mix in some vanilla ice cream for a thicker, creamier shake. I have also frozen it in cubes and it is like a fudgesicle!

Since Ensure is a name that has been around and is a name brand I bought it to drink along with the Max Protein. The taste is great and I knew that I was getting all my vitamins,minerals and Protein I needed. It kept me feeling full and I knew it would be good for me until I could eat solid food again. My Dr. suggested Ensure and now coming up on 2 yrs I have energy to keep up with my daughters and my grand children. Last month I walked Yellowstone Park with my daughters. I owe a lot of that to Ensure keeping me moving and on my feet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work an early shift, I don't have time to make a full breakfast. I grab a refrigerated strawberry Ensure and enjoy the delicious drink on my drive to work. It's smooth, rich flavor hits the spot and fills me up until my brunch time.

I enjoy the vanilla flavor and put it in my morning cereal along with blueberries, strawberries and bananas. You don't have to add sugar because the taste is sweet. I have gotten so used to this, when I run out of ensure my cereal tastes somewhat flat. When I go to buy ensure, and someone else is looking to buy it, I mention about putting it in my cereal and they always say "what a good idea, I'll try it". I usually drink one a day.

I usually drink my first Ensure of the day first thing in the morning and to me it’s a great way to start the day. I enjoy all of the flavors but the one I keep coming back to is the vanilla. When I first starting to drink Ensure, I expected some sort of aftertaste. I was pleased to discover that this is not the case
