I wish it had more grams of protein and that it was less expensive. I usually pop it in the freezer for about 15 minutes, add a few ice cubes and pop it in my blender prior to drinking. That makes it thicker and more like a milkshake consistancy. Looking forward to trying the max protein.

Ensure helped me after a difficult liver surgery and now that I'm having health issues again I went to Ensure. Until I looked at the ingredients and saw corn syrup, corn oil and canola oil. Three terrible ingredients to consume, even when you're healthy. Moving on to an organic health supplement.

But this tasted more like a gourmet vanilla, hand made drink. I have recommended it to all my friends. It is now the official drink of our small sailboat [28']. Being 130 lbs at 5'10" tall, I hardly had any weight to lose, especially since I'm one who has a history of seldom becoming hungry and hardly have an appetite at all.
