[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried Chocolate and Vanilla. Then, I finally tried Strawberry. Vanilla and Strawberry are tops (with Banana Nut rising) with Strawberry slightly edging out Vanilla. It has that little extra flavor that teases and pleases the palate. I recommend all of the flavors but highly recommend Strawberry for the original. Ensure is unbeatable. Others have tried but none can top it.

I was trying to gain weight and it helped me gain weight begin that I work so hard and never have time to eat. It taste great when it’s ice cold. All the flavor is all there. Several of my folks have Ensure, but I never thought of it for myself. One person raved about the butter pecan, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's good, but I really love the strawberry! Now, I can grab a bottle of Ensure on my way out the door, and no more skipped breakfasts!

My cardiologist explained that as we age, it is harder for supplements (vitamins, minerals, etc.) to be absorbed, so one main reason he recommended Ensure. That has been four years ago and I do not miss a day having two Ensures. I drink one Original and one High Protein. I am soon to be 78 and so glad Ensure is a part of my daily life.
