Started drinking Ensure to ensure that I was getting proper nutrients. Drank nothing but Ensure for one month. It was a life saver for me. I still drink one or two every day. I think very highly of this product!

Great product, for those who have hard time gaining weight. I drink at less 3times a day with each meal . They Even use in hospitals and nursing home for patients to help eat to pick weight if under weight. It cost depend on where you stay. I would recommend this to everyone. Wish I had a year supply of it.

I'm not able to digest food the way your suppose to. I drink two Ensures a day along with a soft dinner and when I get my blood work done, my health numbers always come back good. I truly believe that Ensure keeps me healthy! Try mixing Vanilla & chocolate together with some chipped ice. Taste great!
