I use Jimmy Dean sausage roll whenever I make stuffing. So easy - make a batch of stuffing just with boiling water - don’t add any butter. When the stuffing mix has cooled mix in the sausage and roast in the oven - easy and delicious!

Bought the regular and it’s just way too spicy for sausage gravy and instead of being a nice white color that it should be it made the gravy brown... it’s not terrible but don’t use for sausage gravy unless you like spicy brown gravy
