I have used several times and now the lid has rusty all along the rim. Very disappointed with quality. Too late to return. Will call about the warranty.

This is the second pot I have purchased. It is perfect for soups, stews and spaghetti sauce. I also like the fact that the pot is attractive when I use it for serving. Completely satisfied.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Depth allows frying without splatter. Heats evenly. Have cooked a pot roast, fried chops so far with great results.

This pan weighs a lot! And for a Dutch oven, that’s a good thing. The heat is evenly distributed and food browned nicely. Excellent pot for stews, chili and sauces.

I purchased this a week ago, I seasoned rim of pot and lid as directed. I used it first time yesterday to make beef stew. It cooked fine stew came out great but when I tried to remove pot from burner it stuck to it. I hade to force it off of the burner and found it had stuck in three spots removing the enamel from the bottom of the pot in those three spots. I will be returning tomorrow for a refund. Too bad I was hoping that I got a good product at a great price. Not so. Maybe I should have used the Tramontina Induction burner instead of my stovetop electric coil burner. I may hold out for a Staub.

I had been shopping for a cast iron dutch oven for a long time but just couldn't bring myself to pay the high prices. When I saw this one, I did a bit a research and learned Tramontina is a quality brand and the price from Sam's was an amazing deal. It's too soon to determine the durability but so far, it's worked well for cooking and cleans up nicely.

I got the cranberry color with the gold pot handle, and it's one of the more gorgeous pots I own... or have owned, because I am returning it. I bought it today, and used it for dinner. The enamel chipped while washing it afterwards using a standard green/yellow sponge and dawn soap. I am very careful with my pots, and have another enamel pot that has lasted 4+ years without a single chip. Clearly the process they are using is inferior to other brands.

It says that it is Oven safe up to 450 F° and 232 C° and Compatible with gas, electric, ceramic glass and induction cooktops. I used it on an electric range once (medium) and it burned off a section of the ceramic. Not the whole area that was on the burner. Just an odd area. Now I'm afraid to use it at all.

Just bought this last night in club, the Latte with Gold Knob. The only two choices was Latte or Black. I haven't used it yet but the information on the box was confusing. It plainly shows the 7qt is an Oval, the 5.5qt is round and comes as a 4 pc set. What's in the box is a 5.5qt round although the box certainly states this is a 7qt. IT IS NOT. After considering the information on the box I decided to check for myself. 6qts of water filled the Dutch Oven slap up and one would never cook soup or a stew,etc. filled to the absolute brim, so I think it's safe to say this is a 5.5qt. I will be returning it because if I'm willing to settle for the 5.5qt, I can order it and get the 4pc set that's included for the same price as this phony 7qt.
