Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my range about 2 months ago and I'm very happy with the purchase. It does all the jobs properly and the gas cooktop is amazing. Additional benefits as some of the features can be controlled by the app or samsung devices.

Best Range I have ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best gas ranges I have ever had so far! The smart function and 4 preset settings are my favorite and it’s phenomenal! You can download the app for the smart function either from App Store for iOS or google store for Android OS phones in order for you to start your Samsung gas range ahead of time from your phone anywhere you go ( you have to use wifi for this feature and a Samsung account is needed). There’s also preset settings that made my life easier and convenient you can do bread proof, Dehydrate, Keep Warm and Favorite Cook. Also, it has a fantastic no preheat feature for air fry and way to go healthier with this gas range! My favorite feature of this range is the two wide burners, because it made my pasta cooking a breeze or makes my other cooking faster.

Low Quality, Bad Customer Service

Contacted Samsung multiple times. I'm very disappointed with their customer service and with the quality of their product. First off they base warranty claims from images you send. I'm not a professional photographer. I also do not video tape the kitchen to have proof of how regular cooking is in our household. I actually work for a construction company that makes glass so I was trying to explain that thermal breaks can look like it has a center depending on where the break started. We move our pots to the unused parts of the stove when cooking so the food doesn't continue boiling and burn or when we are using the same burner for the next thing. We cooked something in high heat then moved it back then started frying the next dish. We did not hear anything, drop anything. We've been using glass cooktops for more than a decade and know how to take care of one. We did not see the break until after when I was cleaning the oil splatter. I scrubbed and was wondering why my sponge was getting caught on something. And of course, I pressed into it trying to feel the grooves. The crack had two midpoints, the outer edge of the back burner and near the edge of the front burner. The mistake I made is to try to clean the burners which may have tampered with the evidence. That and buy this product. I have to pay approx $600 out of pocket to get this fixed. I spent around $1000 on this and just got 4 months of use. The lesson I learned from this is if you do buy a Samsung, make sure you have 24 hour surveillance of the unit to get your warranty covered. I have a washer, dryer and fridge. I'm looking into putting camera's pointing to where I have them so the next time this happens to me, I have undeniable proof at least.

Nice range and stove

We are enjoying our new Samsung range and oven! We have not used the air fryer yet because we cannot find a suitable air fryer basket (and one does not come with the stove). I do like the griddle in the middle. I made bacon and grilled cheese sandwiches and they cooked up very nicely. The power burners in the front are very nice for boiling water quickly. However, the flame can get quite "big" and caution should be used, especially when small children are in the area.

Great Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is great. Love the white glass look. The Smartings app makes is very easy to walk away from the stove and complete other tasks without worrying about forgetting you have food in the oven. Push and twist knobs are great so that you dont turn on the burner by accident. I have yet to try out the air fry but can't wait to test it out

Best Range I've Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an emergency purchase and I was a bit upset about the wait time in it arriving, but it was so worth the wait. I'm back to baking all the time (my waistline isn't appreciating that part) and the proofing option is amazing. Wish it had come with a more detailed operators manual so I could fully understand and operate the oven at it's full capability.

Heats up quick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this for a few weeks now and love how quickly the oven heats up and the burners. It takes about 10 minutes to heat the oven to 450. People complain about the glass top, it seems like every other top on cleaning, use a sponge and cleaner made for that and wipe it off with a paper towel and you are good to go. The air fryer I am unsure about, I used it twice and put a pan under it with water and it still smokes a lot. The Wifi is nice, but the app needs to give more options on how much it alerts me. I get 3 notices when it has 3 minutes left or is done, it is kind of annoying.

Love it!

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with this stove. I’m an app geek lol the fact it’s wifi, is a plus. Then it has a airfryer, I been wanting one of those FORVER in a day. So I got an all in one now. I was told Samsung not good for stoves Thank god, I always have my own mind. You can’t go wrong with this stove. Self clean and steam clean. Man I could write a book about all the features I prefer to stop it here. Please go get you one.

LOVE THE VERSATILITY!
